With the rapid development of The Times,energy has gradually become an important issue that people pay more and more attention to.Energy plays an important role in the development of the country.It is a necessary condition for people's life and an indispensable part of production and life.Now age in rapid development,the use of energy more and more,China has become a country with massive energy consumption,as the resources of the growing tension,to effectively control,in order to make the use of energy in our country in the face of industry,construction,transport the three usually is issued a series of energy-intensive industry sustainable development requirements,and will become a basic state policy,energy saving and emission reduction and strongly recommended to save energy.However,the proportion of HVAC energy consumption in building energy consumption and social total energy consumption is very large,so it is necessary to carry out energy saving research.With the increasingly common use of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology in the construction industry,the use of BIM technology to deepen the design of HVAC system has become a new way to energy-saving buildings.This article first introduces the current situation and technical characteristics of BIM technology,as the institute used tools and means,the use of BIM technology on a commercial building HVAC simulation and research,respectively in terms of HVAC system scheme is selected for analysis of energy consumption,and indoor and outdoor wind environment simulation analysis,including indoor and outdoor wind environment simulation,the main is the CFD simulation,through the simulation of indoor air environment,can be set by the related parameters such as temperature,humidity,and take relevant measures to optimize the its,The simulation of outdoor wind environment provides a practical basis for some equipment placed outdoors.In this article,through the actual case of commercial building,research methods and technical route for the actual application and research of the commercial building energy consumption analysis in details,and the application research on HVAC system energy saving,cost through the analysis of different scheme comparison and contrast,outstanding energy-saving solutions,and in the study,fully embodies the advantage of the BIM technology,analyzes the energy consumption of the HVAC system,and promote the energy-saving potential,provides a new method for building energy efficiency and application research,finally,based on BIM technology in the future is not only used in the field of HVAC,It is also hoped that the research method can be further improved and improved.
