With the increase of global demand for container transportation and the development of large ships,in order to ensure the timely departure of ships,the port needs to handle a large number of containers in a short time.With the continuous renewal of loading and unloading equipment such as the longshore bridge in front of the wharf,the working pressure of the wharf gradually turns to the storage yard,and the yard congestion gradually appeared.In addition,the market operation of container terminal also makes the competition between terminals increasingly fierce.How to efficiently transport the container which is expected to be unloaded through the inner container card to the container area of the storage yard is a problem that the port managers urgently need to solve.Based on the above background,to solve the yard space allocation problem of container terminal,this paper reviews the research status at home and abroad by reading relevant literature,summarizes the relevant operation process of container terminal,and introduces the relevant theory of user equilibrium.On this basis,different from the previous research,the user equilibrium theory for traffic distribution is applied to the space allocation of the yard,and the space allocation model of container terminal yard based on user equilibrium is proposed.The heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the model.Taking YICT container terminal as an example,this paper briefly introduces the current situation of the terminal,and analyzes the necessity of space optimization of the terminal on the basis of fully collecting data.By using MapInfo operation software to topology the YICT container terminal yard network,design examples in different scenarios,use MapBasic programming to verify the validity of the model,and further analyze the calculation results for the terminal manager,and provide recommendations for the development of a yard space allocation plan.
