Quality Control Of Hot In-place Rececling Construction Of Asphalt Pavement Of Yiyang Avenue Project

Hot in-place rececling(HIR)is a relatively advanced,environmentally friendly and fast asphalt pavement maintenance technology that maximizes the use of waste asphalt mixes.It not only saves a lot of bitumen and minerals,but also ensures thermal bonding between the layers.The structural integrity of each asphalt layer.Therefore,the technical and economic benefits of the process are more significant.However,due to quality control problems at the project construction site,the development of pavement performance and service level was limited.The construction quality of the HIR is subject to many factors.In order to ensure the construction quality of the project,these factors should be effectively controlled.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on the quality control of the HIR applied to asphalt pavement.Through literature search,investigation and analysis of the basic theory of the HIR and quality control,combined with indoor test and construction site testing,the thickness,strength,flatness and other indicators were selected for the old pavement detection and evaluation.From the perspectives of technology,economy and environmental protection,the scheme of the HIR and traditional conservation methods was compared,and the construction plan of the HIR of Yiyang Avenue asphalt pavement was selected.Through the mix design and control,the regenerant dosage and the new asphalt addition ratio of the Yiyang Avenue project are determined.From the whole element and the whole process,the content of the quality control of the HIR construction is analyzed,and the key links of construction quality control are analyzed,and the corresponding quality control measures are proposed..Based on the principle and construction technology of the HIR,the influencing factors of the quality of the HIR construction on Yiyang Avenue are analyzed from the construction elements,and the quality control methods and tools are used to study the quality control of the heating link,the quality control of the asphalt mixture,and paving.It is applied and evaluated with the key links of the three construction quality control of rolling quality control.This not only enriches the theoretical research on the quality control of the HIR project,but also guides the quality control practice of the asphalt pavement to better ensure the construction quality of the asphalt pavement project.
