| In order to solve the problem of fast and high-quality combination and leveling of repairing blocks and underlying strata in the assembling rapid repairing technology of asphalt pavement.Bonding materials should have good bonding performance with asphalt concrete,cement concrete and cement stabilized macadam and other pavement materials under different temperatures,interface humidity and roughness conditions.Bonding material has certain initial setting time in construction,the strength increases rapidly after initial setting,and the curing time is short.In this paper,a fast hardening and high strength BET adhesives is made.Based on the investigation of the performance requirements of bonding materials and epoxy adhesives in highway,and combined with the construction characteristics of assembled rapid repair technology,the technical requirements of BET adhesives were put forward.The amount of each component of BET adhesives and its bonding strength,bending properties and storage time are determined by a series of tests such as interlaminar shear,interlaminar drawing and bending deformation.In this paper,the road performance and construction performance of BET adhesives were tested by interlaminar shear,interlaminar drawing and viscosity tests.The test results show that BET epoxy adhesives and various interfacial materials have good bonding performance at 60℃,interfacial contact conditions(humidity,roughness)and long-term surface water immersion conditions.Combined with the initial setting time and curing time,the recommended construction temperature is 25℃-35℃;Preheating the components A and B of BET adhesives in advance can solve the problem of long curing time at 25℃.Considering the initial setting time and curing time,the preheating temperature is 50-60℃.In order to save maintenance cost,the epoxy mortar binder was obtained by modifying the performance of BET adhesive.The ratio of epoxy mortar to mortar was determined to be 3:1 by bonding test,compressive test and flexural test.The road performance and construction performance of self-made epoxy mortar were tested by interlayer test and shrinkage deformation test.The test results showed that the self-made epoxy mortar was at 60OC is other mal temperature condition has good bonding strrength under complex interface contact conditions(roughness,humidity)and a variety of pavement materials,and does not produce large shrinkage deformation.Combined with the initial setting time and curing time,the recommended construction temperature is above 30~35℃,which provides a choice for the asphalt pavement assembly type quick repair interlayer bonding material. |
