The steel structure bridge has the advantages of small cross-section,light weight and high strength.The steel has good plasticity and toughness.The steel structure has good seismic and wind resistance performance.At the same time,the steel component is easy to transport and hoist.Because steel bridges have many advantages,China will vigorously build steel bridges in the future.Epoxy asphalt mixture has the advantages of high strength,good toughness and corrosion resistance,so it is widely used in steel bridge deck pavement.In this paper,various properties of the self-developed high-temperature epoxy asphalt binder and epoxy resin waterproof bonding layer were characterized,and the effects of different types of grades on the performance of epoxy asphalt mixture were explored.First,optimize the formulation of high-temperature epoxy resin binder,including selecting the type of curing agent and the amount of toughening agent and diluent.Observe the relative distribution of asphalt and epoxy binder in different proportions of epoxy asphalt binder in different proportions through optical microscope.The storage stability of components A and B of epoxy resin binder was explored through experiments.Based on a comprehensive understanding of the curing characteristics of high-temperature epoxy asphalt,tensile tests are used to characterize the mechanical properties of the cured epoxy resin binder and epoxy asphalt binder,and explore the epoxy resin binder and epoxy asphalt under different curing conditions.The strength growth law of the binder.Through the DSC test and infrared spectroscopy test to explore the curing behavior of self-made epoxy asphalt binder.The results show that the optimal ratio of epoxy resin binder to asphalt is about 1:1,the curing time of epoxy asphalt at 60℃ curing conditions is about 96h,and the strength meets the requirements of the corresponding specifications.Second,to explore the various properties of EA-10,AC-10,SMA-10 and PAC-10 graded self-made epoxy asphalt mixture.Use EA-10 grading to explore the strength growth law of high temperature epoxy asphalt mixture under different curing conditions,and explore the residence time of the mixture.The high-temperature rutting test,low-temperature bending test,submerged Marshall test,freeze-thaw split test were used to evaluate the strength,high and low temperature performance and water stability of the four graded high-temperature epoxy asphalt mixtures.The anti-loose ability of SMA-10 and PAC-10 graded epoxy asphalt mixtures was determined using the Kentburg scattering test.The British Cooper four-point bending fatigue testing machine was used to conduct the bending fatigue test of four graded high-temperature epoxy asphalt mixtures under 1000με,and the fatigue performance was analyzed.The four grades of epoxy asphalt mixtures were tested for repeated large deformation resistance,and their resistance to repeated large deformation was explored.The results show that the epoxy asphalt mixture has a retention time of 2h and has excellent high and low temperature performance.The SMA-10 and PAC-10 graded epoxy asphalt mixtures have higher strength and higher strength than the same graded high viscosity asphalt mixtures.Better high and low temperature performance,anti-loose performance is roughly equivalent.Third,the mechanical properties of the epoxy resin waterproof adhesive layer material and the strength growth law and related mechanical properties under the curing condition of 60℃ and the natural curing condition are determined through the tensile test,pull test and tensile shear test,and the material is determined The time required to reach the finger dry state(ie,finger dry,surface finger dry,and the internal finger dry state under different health conditions),press hard,and you will feel a depression and a sense of adhesion.The curing behavior of the self-made epoxy resin waterproof adhesive layer material was studied from the perspective of thermodynamic analysis by DSC test,and the change of functional groups of the material before and after curing was studied by infrared test.The ability of the epoxy resin waterproof adhesive layer to withstand gasoline and saturated salt solution was tested,and the ability of the epoxy resin waterproof adhesive layer material for bridge deck pavement to follow the bridge deck was deformed.The results show that the strength of the waterproof adhesive layer meets the requirements of the corresponding specifications,has excellent resistance to saturated salt solutions,poor resistance to gasoline,and excellent ability to bend and deform following the bridge deck.
