Evaluation Of Regional Congestion And Making Scheme To Reduce Congestion

Nowadays,congestion has been a problem that developed countries and cities must face and solve,which may lead to economic losses,environmental pollution,threats of traffic security and other aspects of social problems.Because of the complexity of the reason of congestion,it is difficult to solve the traffic problem completely.Therefore,how to assess the congestion mechanism to formulate measures is the question that the researchers should think deeply.The article wants to evaluate the congestion by the inherent nature of an area rather than the performance on roads.We should think from the perspective of traffic supply and demand to analyze the effect of them,and formulate the index and model of the analysis to finally determine the actual traffic conditions.Therefore,the article adopts the method of object element analysis which is suitable to combine the non-uniform and contradiction indicators to make evaluation.After made the index of the evaluate model,an actual case should be designed to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the model,then,determine the incidence of the index through the genetic algorithm,and eventually formulate the target-oriented and suitable scheme to solve the congestion.Based on this,the main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Establish the regional evaluation system.In order to judge the traffic circulation from the inherent nature of the area,suitable index and method must be chosen and established to evaluate and make judgment of the whole region,and furthermore,to determine the comprehensive congestion of the region.In this paper,object element analysis is used to judge the actual operation of traffic from the relation between traffic supply and demand more clear.(2)Analyze the character of the study examples.This paper selects the Gusu area in Suzhou as the research object in final analysis,due to the different index data can reflect the different characteristics of the areas,the basic data was set out and the actual traffic operation was added up.Made these information as the evaluation target,to be the reference of the research model.(3)Make practical application and simulation.According to the evaluation system established before,the instance data was taken in to calculate the traffic operation,then compare the result and the actual operation to verify the feasibility of the model.Next the impact factors is obtained by using genetic algorithm to be the gist of making scheme to reduce congestion,the paper state the scheme and made data simulation of the example,and obtain the future traffic conditions over a period of time to certify the superiority of the scheme in this paper.Finally,the effectiveness of the evaluation model and the scheme were proved from the actual example.
