Research On The Construction Progress Of The Project Of Teachers' Apartment Building Of Z University

For a long time,there have been few initiatives for effective management of construction project in construction enterprises of China,which often results in numerous problems that are difficult to control in the construction process.The three core objectives of project management are quality management,cost management and progress management,in which the progress management is the top priority in that it is related to quality and cost.If the progress of a project cannot be effectively controlled and managed,it is likely to lead to negative conditions such as decline of the quality of the project,engineering delays,cost overruns,etc.Therefore,to carry out the research on progress management of the project is of special significance for improving the quality and controlling the cost of the project.This paper takes the progress management of construction project as the research object,and mainly introduces the research background,the research content,the research method and status quo of research on progress management of projects at home and abroad.And on this basis concepts in terms of progress management of project and some of the necessary theoretical basis,including the introduction of the definition,contents and methods of progress management,are introduced.Then comes the core content of this paper.Taking the construction project of Teachers' Apartment Building of Z University,this paper introduces the project profile,analyzes the work breakdown of the project and the main factors that affect the project progress management.The focus is to analyze the progress management plan of Teachers' Apartment Building of Z University to provide scientific planning and compression of costs of some of the key aspects of the project.The last part is summary of this paper.Through this study,we can further clarify the importance and advantages of the progress management in the project,and more clearly understand how the progress management affects the quality and cost of the project.Moreover,some of the methods and ideas of project progress management mentioned in this paper have some reference significance for other projects to carry out progress management.
