Research On The Design Of Small Family Living Space Based On The Concept Of "Intensive"

Although China's land area of 9.6 million square kilometers is the third largest in the world after Russia and Canada,at the same time,China is also a country with a population base of 1.4 billion.China's land resources are difficult to fully supply the growing population demand.With the acceleration of industrialization in China,the rapid development of urban construction and the continuous expansion of the scale lead to the shortage of construction land.The problems of space conflict,cultural friction and resource shortage in the high-density urban life model caused by the weak coordination between land expansion and population growth in China's cities also appear.The problem of land resource shortage is reflected in the field of residential space as "less usable area of housing" and "rising price per unit area of housing".These problems have seriously hindered the development of China's economy,and at the same time,have lowered the living standard of the people.How to improve the living environment of urban residents,how to alleviate the housing pressure of low-income people in the city has become an important topic in the process of urban development in China.In the face of a large number of residential demand in China,in order to adapt to different types,different life modes,different scales,different economic basis of the family housing demand,the design of residential living space presents a diversified development trend.Because of its price advantage,small family has become one of the important ways to relieve the housing pressure of low-income people in cities.Small apartment has gradually attracted people's attention,which has aroused the designer's interest in the design of small apartment.Among them,there are many design explorations on the space,function,form and other aspects of small house type.However,most of the design explorations focus on the protagonist of "residents",and the ultimate goal is also to"provide more cost-effective and better living environment for residents".In this paper,taking 35 m2 small apartment space as an example,the intensive concept and the design of small apartment living space are combined to study the strategy of small apartment living space design from the perspective of intensive concept.Firstly,this paper investigates and analyzes the "living habits" and "living tense" of the small family target population,and summarizes the living needs.Secondly,starting from the concept of intensive living,the paper analyzes the composition,characteristics and design strategies of intensive living space in detail,taking "shared space" and "small family"living units as the characteristics of small family living space.Then,based on the summary,taking the residential demand of the target population as the design guide,and combining with the example of "?+" apartment in Wanhui city base of liutan business district,Huishan District,Wuxi under the intensive concept,the paper comes to the idea of the design path of small family living space under the intensive concept.Finally,it summarizes the design of small family living space under the intensive concept.The purpose of this paper is to study,reflect,summarize and apply the design strategy of small family living space under the intensive concept,and summarize the high-quality and cost-effective small family living space that is applicable to the cities of our country.While alleviating the housing pressure of low-income people in cities,it can also provide high-quality and cost-effective small family living space for low-income people Between.
