Research On The Design Of Public Space For The Residential Buildings Of Youth Groups Based On The Shared Living Model

Urbanization has promoted the development of economy and technology,but the large influx of population has brought the limited urban land resources to the unprecedented test.Higher and higher housing prices have discouraged young people from trading in the housing market.Renting has become the choice of most young people.Whether the living environment is conducive to physical and mental development is of vital importance.The indifferent neighborhoods of the traditional houses are not conducive to the establishment of a sense of security and belonging for the young people living alone.How to disconnect from the pattern of residence with their parents and to the 18-35 year old unmarried or married children without children during the transition period with their parents?Creating a living environment that can improve the quality of life,promote neighborhood interaction and enhance sense of belonging has become an important issue.In recent years,with the coming of the era of shared economy,the acceptance of the concept of shared life in residential life has become more and more high among the youth groups."Shared housing mode" came into being."Shared housing mode" refers to separating the functional space with some low privacy requirements from the individual living space.The living mode of public space for all occupants is formed.Compared with other traditional residential patterns,the "shared living mode" is characterized by its sharing of public space.Therefore,the main points and main forms of public space design are taken as the main research objects.The main contents of this paper are divided into three parts.The first part describes the research background,purpose and significance,defines the concept and scope of the research object,summarizes the theoretical and practical research achievements at home and abroad,and the second part starts from two aspects of theory and practice,which is the basis of the research.Explore the reference significance of this research object,combined with questionnaires and in-depth interviews,clarify the actual needs and views of youth groups on shared residential patterns,so as to summarize the design principles of public space,and the practice research part is based on the differences of living objects,group characteristics,functional requirements,building types and operation subjects.The types of residential buildings of the youth group with shared living patterns are summarized,as well as the development history,current problems and typical cases of each type.The third part is based on the two aspects of public space design strategy and development trend.This paper introduces the types of youth shared residential buildings,the principles of public spacedesign,the sharing of public space,the sharing of groups and the forms of internal sharing.Meanwhile,according to the changes of theoretical technology and actual needs,it forecasts the future development direction of the public space design of residential buildings in transitional period based on shared residential mode.
