The unique construction method of thin layer compaction of RCC dam determines that its seepage characteristics are very different from that of conventional concrete dam.Due to the special existence of layer,the safety of RCC dam should not only consider the stress and strain,but also pay attention to the anti-sliding stability and leakage of seepage in the layers.Taking a reservoir hydropower station project as an example,this thesis based on the dam during the running of computation downstream surface water seepage phenomenon,using ANSYS finite element method and software of the typical dam section of three dimensional seepage numerical finite element modeling and analysis,studying the characteristics of dam body and dam foundation seepage field,seepage safety analysis and evaluation,so as to provide reference and basis for the safe operation of the project,and provide reference for other similar projects.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Reading a large number of literatures and summarizing the research results,selecting appropriate methods to simulate the layers,drainage holes and infiltration surfaces of RCC dams,and verifying the practicability of ANSYS.(2)Using ANSYS to establish finite element of Three-dimensional Model of a typical dam section of a reservoir.And the outhor compiles the APDL language parameter design program for seepage field calculation of the RCC dam.(3)Studying the seepage property and seepage law of roller compacted concrete dam.Different seepage control measures in non-overflow dam section are studied,and the seepage characteristics and laws of each measure are obtained,and the optimal seepage control measures are put forward.The seepage stability of the dam foundation curtain is evaluated.The seepage analysis is carried out for different water level conditions in the overflow dam section,and the sensitivity analysis is made for the curtain depth of the dam foundation.The influence of the curtain depth on the uplift pressure of the dam foundation is studied.The rationality of the curtain depth setting is verified.The research results of seepage flow can be used as reference for the safety evaluation of practical projects.The study of seepage control measures has practical significance for the design and construction of other similar projects.
