Research On Safety Management Of Beijing Gas Construction Site Based On OHSMS

With the expansion of the scale of urban gas application,the degree of gas pipeline and equipment facilities is increasing,followed by the rising number of gas with gas homework year by year.The gas itself are inflammable and explosive articles,in the process of gas construction work,fire explosion and a series of security events are occurring,production and property of the enterprise and people has brought great losses.How to improve gas job site safety control level and ensure safety in production,to the daily operation of gas enterprises is becoming more and more important.This topic is of great significance to study.This research takes G company,which is a subsidiary of Beijing gas company,as the object.The paper first introduces the current development status of the gas industry,as well as the construction form and technology status of daily production operations,and summarizes and analyzes the existing problems in the safety management of the gas operation site at present.Secondly,based on the occupational health and safety management system(OHSMS),this paper analyzes the unsafe behaviors of people,the unsafe state of things and the defects of site management,determines the improvement principles and objectives according to the requirements of the system,and proposes targeted improvement plans to gradually improve the safety control level of the site.Finally,through specific case analysis,the improvement effect of the scheme is verified by comparing the field safety management state before the improvement with the state after the improvement,so as to obtain theoretical support for the role of OHSMS in gas field safety management and prove the effectiveness of the system.This research has a certain practical significance to improve the gas field safety management,OHSMS occupational health and safety management system using the system safety management means,don't risk factors in the system,and by using readily available means of control to minimize risk,so as to achieve the aim of security control,provides the gas enterprise site safety management method and theoretical basis.
