Hydraulic regulation conveying technology is a technical method that USES water as conveying medium to realize long distance conveying of solid particle materials.The system is mainly used in the conveying process of industrial granular materials.This topic to the density of 1.2g/cm3—2g/cm3,particles of the particle size of 5mm,15mm material as the research object,and proposed the implementation height is 5m,a total distance of 50m,throughput requirements of 150kg/h,200kg/h long distance water transfer,based on the traditional single hydraulic conveying system optimization design of binary system,and by theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and experimental method,the optimization of the technical side particle in the pipe conveying efficiency,improve particle materials in the process of charging charging performance,improve the solid-liquid separation efficiency of particles;In terms of equipment,the key equipment in the hydraulic conveying system was optimized and the relevant test bed was designed and built.Then based on the theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and test bench data,the optimization design of the engineering prototype is realized.The main contents are:(1)In order to solve the problems of particle retention and collision in pipeline transportation,the transport movement rules of particles in vertical and horizontal pipeline sections with different transportation velocity,diameter and volume fraction were studied through numerical simulation and bench experiment,so as to optimize the pipeline transportation process.Seek the best pipeline conveying parameters under the condition of meeting the requirement of conveying capacity.(2)In view of the uneven grain feed,discontinuous in the back-end stockyard,plugging material appeared in the process of delivery,innovative design screw feed water tank,by analogy to the screw feeder model theory,and combined with practice the model correction and verification,and under the condition of satisfy the throughput demands equipment scheme and the theoretical calculation model of optimization design.(3)In view of the particles in the charging process easy regurgitation,the problems of flow and stacking,innovative design venturi jet device,through the establishment of theoretical models,numerical simulation and the method of combining the test-bed experiment,research into the nozzle flow rate,nozzle diameter and mixed section diameter ratio,and charging the center line of the mouth and vent to vent section horizontal distance,water entry Angle effect on the properties of material.And it is matched with the screw feeding water tank to achieve the optimal design of the feeding system.(4)Based on the above research results,the optimal design and manufacturing of engineering prototype of the hydraulic conveying system are carried out,and its conveying capacity is verified.
