| As a way of material delivery,hydraulic conveying is often used in the long-distance solid material conveying.In this topic,the solid particle material with the particle size of 5mm-15mm and the density of 1.2g/cm3-2g/cm3 is taken as the research object to realize the hydraulic conveying with the conveying capacity of 100kg/h-200kg/h,the total conveying distance of 50m and the conveying height of 3m.Through the defect analysis of the traditional single cycle and double cycle hydraulic conveying system,combined with the conveying demand,the three cycle hydraulic conveying system is designed with the conveying function as the design criterion.Taking the technological parameters of the conveying process as the index,the conveying system is optimized and the measurement and control system of the hydraulic conveying system is constructed.(1)According to the functional requirements of hydraulic transportation,the system is divided into five subsystems:power system,pipeline system,flushing system,feeding system,return water filtration system.According to the classification of process and structural parameters,the relevant functional parameters of each subsystem are determined.The structural parameters are design parameters,some of the process parameters are measurement and control parameters,and the rest parameters need to be calculated and simulated.The relationship between the input and output of the relevant parameters of each subsystem is studied,and the relationship system of the functional parameters of the hydraulic transportation system is constructed to provide model support for the system design.(2)Through the construction of theoretical calculation model,the structural parameters of the subsystem are optimized.The critical velocity is taken as the calculation standard,the resistance in the pipeline is analyzed,and the energy loss of the pipeline and the necessary useful work and power are obtained.Taking suction pressure and suction velocity of Venturi feeding device as calculation standard,the influence of different throat diameter,diffuser diameter and distance between throat and diffuser on suction pressure and velocity is analyzed,and the design scheme and numerical simulation method of Venturi feeding device are obtained.Based on the filtration effect,the influence of different filtration methods on the filtration effect of water powder is analyzed,and the design scheme of water powder filtration device is determined.(3)The operation state of the conveying system is divided into three different working conditions:startup process,operation process and shutdown process.Through the calculation of flow field distribution under different working conditions,the change of detection parameters under different working conditions is analyzed,the position of data acquisition point and component selection are determined,and the measurement and control scheme is determined according to the different operation process of the system.(4)According ’to the measurement and control scheme of different operation process of the system,the measurement and control system of the conveying system is integrated.A measurement and control system with PLC as the system controller is developed.The two modes of remote control and field control are designed to realize the regulation and control of the process parameters of the hydraulic conveying system.At the same time,the research on the online detection of the moisture content of materials is carried out to provide technical support for the online detection of the final products. |
