| Wu’an City is a resource-based city with iron and steel and coal industries as the leading industries, and it has converted its resource advantages into economic development advantages. However, because of the deep-rooted development mode, the ecological environment of Wu’an City has been greatly damaged, the collapsed areas, and the exposed ground.,Abandoned factories and so on.The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the general requirements of urban planning-"Intensive and efficient production space, moderate livable living space, and beautiful scenery of ecological space".Under this policy background,Wuan City urgently needs to designate "Production-Living-Ecological" space to guide urban land use and strictly configure the spatial pattern of land use and improve the ecological and environmental benefits. This article takes Wu’an City,a resource-based city as an example, selects suitable indicators, uses a multi-factor weighted superposition method to obtain suitability evaluation results, and divides them into suitable construction areas, buildable areas, unsuitable construction areas, and prohibited construction areas.Value comparison gives optimization results and policy recommendations. The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)Establish the spatial classification system of "Production-Living-Ecological" space in Wu’an city.Clarify the spatial classification principle of "Production-Living-Ecological" space in Wu’an city, identify the respective functions of "Production-Living-Ecological" space, discuss the spatial attributes of industrial and mining land, and complete the current spatial classification of "Production-Living-Ecological" space in Wu’an city.(2)Multi angle analysis of the current situation of Wu’an city "Production-Living-Ecological" space.By using the existing land use type database of Wu’an city and ArcGIS tools, the spatial attributes of "San Sheng" of the current land types in Wu’an city are distinguished.Secondly, from the perspective of quantity and proportion, this paper analyzes the "Production-Living-Ecological" space area of the overall and administrative units in Wu’an city. Finally, the FRAGSTATS software was used to analyze the landscape pattern index of Wu’an city and each administrative unit to understand the fragmentation and connectivity.(3)Spatial Suitability Evaluation of "Production-Living-Ecological" space in Wu’an city.According to the principle of index selection, the evaluation indexes of "Production-Living-Ecological" space are selected, and the weight values of each index are obtained by using AHP,expert evaluation and Yaahp software, and then by using spatial in ArcGIS system The spatial suitability evaluation results of Wu’an city are obtained by weighted superposition of analysis tools. The natural breakpoint method is used to divide the suitable construction area, the possible construction area, the unsuitable construction area and the forbidden construction area.(4)Wu’an city’s current "Production-Living-Ecological" space optimization. The evaluation results of the current space and suitability are superposed, and the suitable construction area, the feasible construction area, the unsuitable construction area and the forbidden construction area of the current space are further analyzed in terms of quantity, space and land type.Secondly, the spatial suitability evaluation scores are compared, and the final spatial optimization results of "Production-Living-Ecological" space in Wu’an city are obtained.Thirdly, the optimization results are compared with the overall land use planning of Wu’an city, and the reasonable policy recommendations of "Production-Living-Ecological" space optimization are given. |
