| The country is currently implementing various development strategies in Yunnan,including "Yunnan Bridgehead",China(Yunnan)Free Trade Pilot Zon,"Belt and Road"Yunnan relies on its superior geographical location.Its strength and depth of expressway development are unprecedented.As an integral part of mountain expressway,tunnel plays an important role in passing through mountains and changing roads.However,due to the adverse geological process and special rock(soil),the abnormal deformation of the initial support of surrounding rock is very prominent.As one of the important processes of tunnel construction(NATM),monitoring and measurement provides accurate and timely basis for understanding the deformation characteristics.After the regression analysis of measurement data and necessary calculation and judgment,prediction and feedback are carried out,and reinforcement measures are taken in time to ensure the safety of construction and the stability of the tunnel,foresee accidents and dangerous situations,and prevent accidents before they occur.Therefore,the research of tunnel construction monitoring and abnormal deformation treatment technology is particularly important.Based on the engineering of manggong tunnel of Yuanman expressway,based on the in-depth analysis of the existing literature,according to the geological survey report and construction drawing design of manggong tunnel,this paper studies the construction methods of different parts,different surrounding rock grades and different support types of sections of manggong tunnel,including advance support,earth rock excavation,initial support,monitoring measurement,inverted arch filling and secondary lining The construction methods such as masonry are discussed comprehensively;the non-contact method is used to monitor the stability state of the tunnel through the measurement of deformation convergence in the tunnel,and the measurement data are processed and calculated by using the statistical principle,the trend model of curve fitting and data regression analysis.Combined with the bad geological process and special rock(soil)properties,the causes of abnormal deformation are analyzed,and necessary reinforcement measures are taken.In this paper,the stress-strain measurement is used to monitor the stress and deformation of the tunnel,and the effect of deformation treatment is comprehensively tested and evaluated to evaluate the deformation characteristics of the tunnel.Accumulate data to provide reliable basis for similar projects in the future. |
