Research On Quality Improvement Project Of Distributlion Automation In NA Power Supply Company

Power distribution automation provides Intelligentmanagement for operation distribution network.It has become an important direction of distribution network construction.Since 1990s,many power companies in China have carried out ordered,large-scale and high-standard construction projects of power distribution automation.However,the quality of these projects does not match the development of distribution network,and distribution automation project is difficcult to be applied continuously.Power supply companies have gradually realized that they should adapt to local conditions and develop suitable distribution automation projects according to different needs.Therefore,the quality management of distribution automation project needs corresponding management methods to support continuous improvement.This paper takes the distribution automation project of NA Power Supply Company as the research object.This paper analyses the characteristics of the project and the challenges of the project quality management,sets the quality objectives,and uses the theory of project quality management to study how to improve the quality.Firstly,this paper discusses the background and significance of the construction of distribution automation project,describes how to investigate the current situation and analyze the main reasons,and identifies the main reasons for the low reliability of power supply in NA Power Supply Company.Secondly,the corresponding measures for quality management of distribution automation construction are formulated,and a weak matrix key research team is formed to tackle key problems.When the key team formulates the countermeasures,all the staff in NA companyparticipate in the implementation of the countermeasures,the key team carries out quality inspection and measures consolidation,and makes continuous improvement on the existing problems.Through the research of this project,this paper completes the improvement of distribution automation of NA Power Supply Company.This research has achieved good results in the quality improvement project of NA Power Supply Company.Among them,problem-oriented,implementation of quality improvement project management methods,project operators'in-depth participation is a good experience,which has a certain guiding significance for the quality management of distribution automation project in the power industry.
