Cooling tower is a kind of circulating cooling equipment widely used in many fields such as chemical industry,electric power,air conditioning,etc.It has a long history of use and rich experience in use.In recent years,with the continuous consumption of energy and the depletion of non-renewable energy sources,research on energy-saving methods for cooling towers has become an urgent task.Some research results at home and abroad have achieved certain energy-saving results,but there is a lack of a unified set of specifications in these research processes.Because circulating cooling water is vital to the safe operation of thermal power plants,It is especially important to study the standardization of cooling tower energy conservation.This paper studies the energy saving and standardization of cooling towers from theoretical models,energy-saving technologies and practical case studies.The mathematical model includes a thermal calculation model based on the Michael method,a resistance calculation model,an energy calculation model,a water loss calculation model,and a cost calculation model.Combined with the actual power plant cooling tower optirnization and transformation case,the optimization measures of installing the air deflector on the air side and setting the cross partition wall,the new method of using the new membrane type water-filling filler,non-uniform water distribution,and the use of water are analyzed.Dynamic fan,modern control technology for fan frequency conversion work,optimization of fan start-stop operation and other energy-saving optimization measures.On the basis of the analysis of energy-saving technology,combined with the actual case,taking the operation situation under a certain working condition as the reference case,using the control variable method to change one of the parameters,carry out computer simulation research,and analyze the water supply in the annual running energy consumption.The cost is much larger than the cost of electricity;reducing the cooling range of the tower can reduce the design size of the tower,while also reducing air flow and power consumption.Based on the statistical principle,the case analysis method is used to summarize and analyze the existing energy-saving technologies of the cooling tower,and the basic methods and steps of energy-saving evaluation of the cooling tower are obtained.With reference to the application of cooling towers in the air-conditioning industry,the concept and calculation method of energy-efficiency ratio of power plant cooling towers are innovatively proposed.Combining several sets of practical energy-saving optimization cases,and supplementing the existing energy-saving specifications of cooling towers with reference to relevant literature,The energy-saving evaluation index of the cooling tower is set as the four calculation indexes of cooling tower efficiency,fan power consumption ratio,floating water rate and cooling tower energy efficiency ratio,and the steps of energy-saving evaluation are expounded.The cross-contrast method was used to refer to the existing cooling tower standards at home and abroad,and the energy-saving technical system of the power plant cooling tower was standardized.The test items,test data processing methods and energy consumption assessment were standardized,and the thermal power plant cooling was supplemented and revised.The standardization content of energy conservation evaluation of towers is proposed,and the standard text for energy-saving evaluation of cooling towers in thermal power plants is proposed.For the analysis of energy-saving standardization of cooling towers,the energy-saving evaluation specifications for power plant cooling towers were drafted to provide reference for energy-saving technical routes of power plant cooling towers.The specification stipulates the test and calculation methods of relevant parameters.The energy conservation evaluation index is regulated by level 2,and the highest level 1 standard of the four evaluation index values is set as the cooling tower efficiency of 80%,the fan power consumption ratio is 0.01,and the floating water rate.0.002%,cooling tower energy efficiency ratio of 400,and stipulate that energy-saving cooling tower should meet at least level 2 standard,that is,cooling tower efficiency is not less than 0.65,fan power consumption ratio is not higher than 0.03,water floating rate is not higher than 0.004%,cooling tower The energy efficiency ratio is not less than 200.
