Temperature is an important parameter for studying the thermal damage effects of cloud detonation bombs and thermobaric bombs,and is also one of the important tactical indicators of various barrel weapon systems.The characteristics of high temperature,violent reaction,and strong interference have put forward higher requirements for the temperature measurement method and temperature measurement device.In response to the demand for transient high temperature measurement in harsh environments,combined with storage test technology,using a solid-state photomultiplier tube(SiPM)as the optical control center,a photoelectric thermometer based on the principle of atomic emission double-line temperature measurement was designed and introduced.Design scheme of each sub-module.According to the influencing factors of atomic emission dual-line temperature measurement,combined with the NIST atomic emission spectrum database,Cu I 510.5nm and Cu I 521.8nm were selected as the temperature scale lines of the photoelectric thermometer.Based on laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy,different elements were studied The linewidth mechanism of the spectral line and the relationship between the spectral intensity and the laser energy.Selecting Cu I 510.5nm and Cu I 521.8nm as the optimal temperature measurement lines,using the copper heating temperature field constructed by the oxyhydrogen flame,a static calibration experiment was carried out on the temperature measurement constant value of the photoelectric thermometer,and the temperature measurement constant value was obtained,And calculated the temperature field of copper heating temperature.The feasibility of the photoelectric temperature detector and the rationality of the optimal temperaturemeasurement line selection of the photoelectric temperature detector are verified.Set the LIBS spectral acquisition delay time,compare the light intensity ratio and the measured voltage ratio,and obtain the spectral acquisition response time of the photoelectric thermometer is less than 3us,and measure the copper plasma electron temperature under different laser energy conditions.The highest temperature measurement is 14236 K.
