Nowadays,the popularization of vehicles has brought great convenience to our lives,but,energy shortage and environmental problems are becoming more and more serious,In order to alleviate these pressures,electric vehicles are gradually emerging.At this stage,pure electric vehicles are dominated by centralized driving motors,while pure electric vehicles driven by wheel hub motors will become a mainstream trend of electric vehicles in the future due to their simplified vehicle structure,efficient transmission efficiency,and vehicle intelligence.This article takes the Hub-motor-driven pure electric vehicle as the research object,takes the single-motor centralized driving of the electric vehicle as having low efficiency and insufficient battery life as the background.At the same time,because the battery and the Hub-motor have made great development breakthroughs,how to combine the two in order to make it play its own advantages,and at the same time make the car get good power and economy is the main research content of this article.In this paper,the development of off-line simulation is used to study the power system matching of electric vehicles driven by hub motors.First of all,based on the pure electric vehicle power system matching theory as the research basis,formulate dynamic goals and driving range,and match and select parameters for the drive motor and power battery;then by analyzing the energy-saving principles of distributed drive electric vehicles,the four-wheel the dynamic matching of the driving power of the hub motor in operation was studied,and the torque dynamic control distribution based on the maximum efficiency was proposed to realize the real-time flexible allocation of the driving power of the four motors,and the corresponding control strategy was formulated.Finally,using the simulation software MATLAB / ADVISOR 2002,based on the designed performance indicators and the basic parameters of the vehicle,the underlying model isredeveloped,a four-wheel drive module is established,various parts of the vehicle are modified and set,and the simulation task is set.Carry out the simulation verification of the vehicle's power performance,and perform the economic performance simulation verification in MATLAB.The simulation results show that:(1)the parameter matching of the pure electric vehicle power system driven by the wheel motor in this paper is reasonable and can meet the designed index requirements;(2)the dynamic matching of the drive power of the four-wheel hub motor in this paper adopts the best efficiency dynamic torque The distribution strategy can improve the economic performance of the vehicle to a certain extent.Among them,under the CYC_UDDS cycle conditions,the efficiency and torque average distribution increased by0.6%;under the CYC_NEDC cycle conditions,the efficiency and torque average distribution increased by 1.6%.In addition,the energy consumption of the four-wheel hub motor driven by the electric vehicle matched in this paper is less than the power consumption of the design index of 14.9kWh / 100 km driven by a single motor.In summary,the four-wheel-hub motor electric vehicle power system matched in this paper has good power and economy.
