Sliding bearing is an important component of diesel engine friction pair system,it not only bears the alternating load in the work,but also is affected by the high pressure and high temperature environment and friction and wear,so it puts high requirements on its performance.The sliding bearing processed by the power spinning not only has the advantages of high strength and wear resistance,but also has good manufacturing accuracy and mechanical properties,which can significantly improve the reliability and life of diesel engines.In this paper,tin bronze QSn7-0.2 is used as the raw material,and the small-end sliding bearing of a certain type of diesel engine connecting rod is used as an example to study the influence of the main process parameters of strong spinning on the forming quality of sliding bearing.The 3D software of Solidworks and the forming simulation software of simufact.forming are used to establish the numerical simulation model of power spinning of the sliding bearing.A single factor test is designed to study the influence law of the main process parameters of power spinning thinning rate(?),feed ratio(f),spindle speed(S),axial offset(C)on the forming quality of sliding bearings wall thickness deviation,internal roundness error,straightness error.By designing the response surface test,the quadratic quadratic regression equations of the wall thickness deviation,internal roundness error and straightness error of the power spinning of the sliding bearing,and analyze ANOVA variance of the regression equation.Obtaining the significant effect of power spinning process parameters and the interaction between parameters on the forming quality of sliding bearings,and optimized andpredicted the process parameters.The design test verifies the reliability of the power spinning simulation and regression model of the sliding bearing.The results indicate that the order of influence of process parameters on internal roundness error is:?,f,f S,?f,SC,C,S.The order of influence of process parameters on the roundness error is:?,f,?C,S,?S,C;.The order of influence of process parameters on the straightness error is:?,S,C,SC,f,fS.When the optimal process parameter combination is 22.13% thinning rate,feed ratio 0.62mm/r,spindle speed 643r/min,axial offset6.71 mm,wall thickness deviation is 0.1824 mm,internal roundness error is 0.014538 mm,straightness errorr is 0.0109676 mm.
