Nowadays,the concept of environmental protection and energy saving has gradually entered people’s concept.As a symbol of modern industrial society,vehicles bring convenience to the world and consume a lot of energy.In this paper,we found that lightweight treatment of vehicles can reduce energy consumption,so the research on lightweight has practical significance.The use of TRB plate can guarantee the performance and reduce the weight of the plate,so as to reduce the energy consumption.Ordinary TRB transition area is linear,which can not be applied to a wider range of scenes.This topic is to solve this limitation and innovate the research of radial TRB.By studying this kind of structure,we can change the previous dilemma.This topic mainly studies the preparation and performance of radial TRB.Firstly,the radial TRB model is established,and 7075 aluminum alloy is selected as the radial TRB material.The radial TRB is prepared by rotary forging and spinning forming,and its performance is compared.Finally,the performance of radial TRB is studied and its change rule is summarized.The main research work of this paper is divided into the following aspects.(1)Radial TRB was prepared by rotary forging based on DEFORM-3D.The quality of radial TRB prepared by various parameters in rotary forging was studied.Through orthogonal experiment,the influence of four process parameters in rotary forging: swing angle,rotation speed,feed speed and friction coefficient on forming quality was studied.The results were analyzed based on Kriging model and NSGA-II algorithm The optimal solution is Y(FN,P,t)=(692.4kn,599.8mpa,0.0244),X(λ,V,ω,K)=(2.62,0.22164.2,0.222).(2)Based on ANSYS and LS-DYNA,the radial TRB produced by spinning was studied.The quality of radial TRB produced by various parameters in spinning was studied.The influence of three process parameters in spinning: roller radius,feed speed and friction coefficient on the forming quality was studied by orthogonal experiment.The multi-objective optimization was carried out based on RBF model and NSGA-II algorithm,and the conclusion was drawn The optimal solution.The results show that the optimal solution is Y(FN,P,t)=(12.0kn,301.7mpa,0.231),X(R,V,K)=(12.7,0.48,0.11).(3)In this paper,the influence of radial TRB structure on the properties of sheet metal is studied through the simulation of unidirectional drawing and cylindrical drawing.Firstly,the effects of transition zone on different failure regions and degrees of radial TRB and ordinary TRB under uniaxial tension were studied.Finally,the radial TRB and the ordinary flat plate are used for cylinder drawing.It is found that the thickness mutation of the ordinary flat plate occurs in the drawing process.The radial TRB can reduce the thickness mutation and improve the formability.The influence of different parameters on the wall thickness variation in the drawing process and the forming accuracy and springback after drawing are studied.
