Rolling and sliding line contact is very extensive in practical engineering,gear meshing is one of the most typical forms,for the transmission,gear is one of the most important parts.Transmission structure is complex,the runtime components interact,making the gear itself exists not only in the process of friction friction vibration,there are all kinds of superposition of vibration,a deep understanding of skid under line contact in the process of friction and wear characteristics for extending the service life of the gear box and explore the mechanism of formation of the fault gear has important significance to study the two problems thesis mainly content is as follows.Based on the dynamics of the friction system,ANSYS was used to simulate the static force and dynamics of the contact friction pair of the rolling and sliding line,and the influence of the external vibration on the stress of the friction pair was analyzed.According to the characteristics of the gear roller slip line contact design a skid test bench,this test bed can simulate different working conditions of gear meshing,and to exert different frequencies of the external excitation,the pressure in the process of experiment,through gathering torque the two information,and to calculate the friction pair in the process of running in the change of the friction coefficient,using acceleration sensor acquisition in friction pair in the process of the change of vibration signal.Based on the study of the vibration signal characteristics,the chaos theory is further studied,and the phase space reconstruction technology is adopted to reconstruct the vibration signal of the friction vibration,and the attractor of the friction vibration signal is constructed.Finally,the singular value decomposition method is used to extract the chaotic characteristics of the vibration signal,namely the energy parameters.Finally,the different working conditions of the gearbox were simulated and divided into two control groups,one with external excitation and the other without.Through friction vibration attractor describes the evolution law of under different conditions,and from the coefficient of friction,vibration energy parameters of the friction pair surface morphology and the several aspects analyzes the friction process,this paper discusses the external vibration to roll the influence of slip line contact friction,and according to its characteristic of gearbox fault is given for one reason,for gearbox fault diagnosis to provide a basic model,as well as the gearbox best break-in condition to provide an experimental basis.
