Guided projectiles are the most used and most cost-effective ammunition in precision strike weapons in Army operations.Under the trend of modern warfare,the complexity and interdisciplinarity of R & D technology of guided projectiles are getting higher and higher,leading to higher and higher development costs.Therefore,the research on the semi-physical simulation system of guided shells is an important method to improve the research and development level,avoid the risk of errors and reduce the development cost.Therefore,it is of great strategic and scientific significance to study and build a semi-physical simulation system of guided projectiles.This paper designs and studies a semi-physical simulation system of ballistic control of fixed duck rudder guided projectiles.First of all,after consulting related references,the research status and future development trend of the semi-physical simulation technology for the research of guided ballistic trajectory at home and abroad are expounded,and the working principle of the fixed duck rudder guided projectile is understood.In order to build a semi-physical simulation system suitable for the guided projectiles in this paper,for the dual-rotation structure of the fixed duck rudder-guided projectiles,a rotating experimental platform was designed to meet the requirements of the semi-physical simulation system in this article.Through the rotation of the experimental platform,the guidance component can be integrated into the semi-physical simulation system,which can more realistically simulate the overall performance of the guidance component.Firstly,the overall construction of the semi-physical system simulation platform is carried out,and then a detailed introduction is made on the components of the semi-physical system,and the data interaction and real-time communication network in the simulation system are analyzed.Then,for the double-rotation structure of the fixed duck rudder-guided projectile,a mathematical trajectory model was built.Firstly,the coordinate system used for establishing the ballistic model of the fixed duck rudder-guided projectile is analyzed,and then the force and moment that the projectile receives in the ballistic flight are determined through mechanical analysis to complete the establishment of the seven-degree-of-freedom ballistic model.And through the comparison of mathematical simulation and shooting range experimental data,it is determined that the established trajectory model can be used in the study of the semi-physical simulation system in this paper.Then,according to the requirements of the semi-physical simulation system,the hardware composition and software structure of the main control simulation machine were researched and designed.In order to ensure the real-time performance of the semi-physical simulation system in this paper,the real-time operating system selects the Vxworks real-time operating system with strong real-time performance and stability,and builds the models required by the semi-physical simulation system based on Simulink.At the same time,research on simulation data storage and playback technology in the simulation experiment process.Finally,for the semi-physical simulation system of building guided ballistic trajectory control,open-loop and closed-loop experiments were taken to verify the success of the building system.The simulation experiment shows that the semi-physical simulation system of the guided projectile trajectory control designed and studied in this paper meets the requirements,and effectively and reasonably checks the performance indexes of the fixed duck rudder guidance component,the main component subsystem and the overall system.It can provide the basis for the experimental conditions for the subsequent research of the guidance law,and provide reference significance for the construction of other types of double-rotating missile semi-physical simulation systems.
