The motion reliability of fuze mechanism is an important index to measure the quality of fuze military products.As a special disposable product,there are some difficulties in fuze design,development and improvement.Due to the high cost of fuze and test cost,a large number of fuzes will be scrapped due to unreasonable design.In the process of war,once a mechanism moves abnormally,it will delay the aircraft and even pose a serious threat to personal safety.Its loss is huge and inestimable,therefore,it is necessary and urgent to carry out the simulation research on the motion reliability of fuze mechanism.In this paper,the reliability simulation technology of its fuze mechanism is studied,according to the situation of chamber explosion of a certain type of armor piercing projectile in the test process.The 3D model of XXX armor piercing projectile fuze mechanism is built by Solidworks,which is imported into Adams and applied with corresponding motion pairs.The 3D model is driven and parametrized.With the help of ADAMS software,the movement of the projectile when it enters the bore at the initial velocity of 1050 m / S is modeled and simulated,the motion of the system is analyzed by modeling and simulation.First of all,the kinematics simulation analysis of the projectile is carried out to obtain the acceleration variation of the whole projectile in the bore,and then the displacement variation of the piezoelectric crystal of the fuze head mechanism is determined when the collision occurs,and finally whether the circuit can be connected is analyzed.Thirdly,ADAMS software is used to simulate the fuse tail safety mechanism,and the acceleration change simulation value of the whole projectile in the bore is called.In the post-processing of Adams,the displacement,velocity and acceleration of each part of fuse tail safety mechanism are analyzed to determine the rotation angle of the rotating part,and judge whether the bore explosion may occur due tothe unreliable movement between the parts of tail mechanism.By using the fault tree analysis method in the reliability design analysis and optimization software of mechanical and electrical products(merel),the bottom events causing the bore explosion are analyzed.The parametric modeling of fuze mechanism,the determination of parameters that affect the performance of mechanism,the establishment of simulation workflow,the reliability analysis of mechanism,and the optimization of the results.In this paper,the reliability simulation analysis of the mechanism is completed,the comprehensive optimization of the reliability and performance of the fuze product is realized,the optimal scheme of the product design is determined,the ability of the fuze mechanism to withstand the severe environmental stress during the working process is guaranteed,and the normal function can be realized,which is the improvement of the subsequent fuze mechanism product design and the reliability performance test of the fuze mechanism Inspection provides strong guarantee.
