In recent years,China nuclear power project from dependence on foreign technology,but now fully independent innovation,significantly enhance the ability of nuclear power technology.As a leader in the construction of nuclear power projects,design is also facing a lot of risks while improving technology.How to strengthen management on the premise of ensuring the design concept of nuclear safety is essential.This article takes nuclear power project design as the starting point,clarifies the necessity of risk management,and combines a variety of research methods to establish a standardized and scientific nuclear power project design risk management system to ensure the safety,economy,and operability of nuclear power projects.First of all,the connotation of risk management is systematically expounded.Combined with the characteristics of nuclear power project design management,26 key risk elements in the design process of nuclear power project are identified from the five aspects of upstream information,design management,design technology,design documents and design interface through literature research and Delphi method.Secondly,a complete and scientific risk index system for nuclear power project design is established.A risk evaluation model is established by combining entropy weight method and grey correlation analysis method.The entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of each index.Then the H nuclear power project risk management case analysis,combining with the characteristics of its design,the integrated use of the established risk identification,risk model,through the entropy weight-grey correlation analysis method and the correlation degree,every index to determine the main design risk is the interface information not cured in time because of the delay and delay risk,design input and design,not with risk,failed to clear risk,formulate the corresponding risk strategies according to risk situation and countermeasures.Finally,five comprehensive aspects of design risk management of nuclear power projects are proposed,including improving the design risk management system,innovating the design opening item management,building the design information management platform,and optimizing the design technology decision system.Improved design interface management.It is hoped that such common measures can provide references for other nuclear power projects to design risk management.
