Due to its characteristics of large scale,long period,production singleness and complexity,there are lots of potential risk factors during the process of construction engineering project.Good construction engineering project risk management can effectively avoid and mitigate the occurrence of these risks,ensure the project to run on schedule,to obtain economic,social and environmental benefits as expected.Construction engineering project risk management contains project structure design, risk management model, methods of risk identification and analysis and appraisal, risk control measures, etc.Through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign information,this thesis makes a systematic analysis and research on the construction engineering project risk management.It quite detailed elaborates risk identification,analysis, appraisal and formulation of risk response measures, makes comparisons and analysises on methods of risk identification,analysis and appraisal.Aims at the weaknesses of current risk analysis and appraisal methods, with considering ambiguity and uncertainty of information of construction engineering project risk, use fuzzy comprehensive judgement and grey systems theory together,the thesis establishes a construction engineering project risk assessment method based on fuzzy gray theory comprehensive judgement, and its realizable steps are analysed and studied in detail.This thesis also researches a variety of risk response strategies and various treatment measures of common construction engineering project risks.Finally,the thesis makes an empirical analysis on the construction project risk management based on fuzzy and gray theory by combining with a practical project case.The results show that construction engineering project risk management comprehensively appraises the overall risk level of the project by identifying and assessing the faced risks, the probability of occurrence and the severity of effectand then formulates the corresponding risk measures to reduce losses and to achieve the expected project targets.Because of the measures of risk identification and analysis and appraisal have their advantages and weakness and applicability, Risk response strategies also have their own adaptation conditions.So,in practical engineering applications, appropriate identification, analysis and appraisal methods and reasonable response measures should be taken according to the situation. In practice,construction engineering project risk management based on fuzzy and gray theory can effectively identify and analyze the risks faced by the project,appraise the level of these risks and the overall project risk level,this shows the method's applicability,it can quite qualitatively and quantitatively analysis the risk of construction engineering project,provide more accurate information for right and targeted risk decision.
