With the rapid development of global industrialization,the consumption of nonrenewable resources such as oil is gradually increasing,which leads to the serious shortage of energy resources.On the other hand,the emission of carbon dioxide makes the natural environment also face serious tests.The frequent occurrence of extreme bad weather makes people pay more and more attention to environmental protection.In order to alleviate the shortage of natural resources and environmental pollution,people have made great efforts to develop clean and efficient electric vehicles.Therefore,a series of policies have been implemented to make the development of electric vehicle industry in China prosperous.Disorderly charging of large-scale electric vehicles will inevitably have a great impact on the stable and safe operation of the power grid.Therefore,it is necessary to study the orderly charging strategy,guide and control the charging and discharging of EVs,so that the power grid,users and EVs companies can obtain the maximum benefits.Based on the peak peak-flat-valley electricity price dynamic correction target charged state(the state of charging,SOC),the method of analysis on the influencing factors of charging,mainly includes the initial charging time,initial SOC,date range,etc.,to comprehensively consider the effect of peak-flat-valley electricity price,based on load modeling methods in this paper,through the dynamic state of charged for electric vehicle charging object modification,so that they can build a more practical calculation model of charging load forecasting.Then,from two dimensions of time and space to consider at the same time,for the construction of the load model,considering the electric car starting charging SOC set,electric vehicle charging load time and space distribution model is established,considering the electric car of the charged state of iterative update Settings,simulation,including residential areas,and the workspace used load characteristics of the area;Finally,to better guide the charging load,put forward the hierarchical order control system optimization model and optimization control strategy,the upper on the premise of meet the demand of the lower load,setting the optimization goal as the minimum load fluctuation,the lower curve under the premise of the follow the upper issued guidance,setting the optimization goal for minimum peak valley difference,orderly charging control strategy of electric vehicle is studied.MATLAB software is used to simulate the charging load prediction method and hierarchical charging control strategy of EV proposed in this paper.After applying the method in this paper to modify the charging target,the peak-valley difference of load decreased by 16.97%.Meanwhile,after the user responds to the government's electricity price policy,the cost of the three models used in the simulation is reduced by 6.13%,6.83% and 17.73% respectively.After the spatial-temporal distribution model is used for the prediction and simulation,the load distribution of EV is relatively concentrated at the hub locations of residential areas and commercial areas,and the prediction of EV charging load distribution is relatively consistent with the actual situation.After the orderly charging is adopted,compared with the disorderly charging,the load peak of EVs is transferred from around 17:00-23:00 to around 00:00-05:00,the peak and valley difference of load is reduced by 49.73%,and the charging cost of EVs is reduced by 28.96%.
