There are many structural forms commonly used in residential buildings,such as special-shaped column frame structure and shear wall structure.Special-shaped column frame shear wall structure is the combination of the two systems,which focuses on the advantages of special-shaped column frame structure and common shear wall structure.At the same time,the rigidity of the wall can be adjusted according to the layout,the self weight is lighter,the earthquake resistance is more favorable,and the height limit of the special-shaped column frame structure can also be broken.At present,the research at home and abroad mainly focuses on the research of single component,and most of them are single component of special-shaped column structure.In terms of bearing capacity,most of them focus on the bearing capacity of component section,and few of them study the overall seismic performance.The main research content of this paper is the frame shear wall structure system with special-shaped columns,which is commonly used in high-rise residential buildings.It analyzes the characteristics of the frame shear wall structure with special-shaped columns,and the layout,structural calculation and construction of the plane structure of the frame shear wall structure with special-shaped columns.Taking a high-rise residential building in Shenyang as an example,according to the requirements of the latest structural design code,this paper establishes the calculation models of special-shaped column frame shear wall structure system and short leg shear wall structure system,analyzes the static and elastic calculation of two kinds of structures under frequent earthquakes by using the structural professional calculation software,and analyzes the technical performance of the calculation results to find out their natural vibration cycle The similarities and differences among time,horizontal displacement,seismic response force and internal force indexes.Through the elastic dynamic time history calculation of special-shaped column frame shear wall structure,the structural response of special-shaped column frame shear wall structure under earthquake is analyzed.The results show that it has good seismic performance under frequent earthquake.Using the finite element software,the static elastic-plastic analysis of the special-shaped column frame shear wall structure is carried out under the rare earthquake.The results show that the special-shaped column frame shear wall structure of high-rise reinforced concrete residence has good seismic performance under the large earthquake.In this paper,the limit value of elastic-plastic interlayer displacement angle of frame shear wall structure with special-shaped columns under rare earthquake is proposed.Compared with the engineering economy of special-shaped column frame shear wall structure and short leg shear wall structure,this paper gives the structural system selection suggestions of high-rise residential buildings in the structural design,which provides a reference for the structural design.
