The paper,based on the series and parallel model of composite materials,finite element numerical simulation,regression analysis,uniform design method,BP neural network,grey clustering theory and other methods,improves the simulation method of the construction layers of the Roller Compacted Concrete(RCC)dam.And a comprehensive evaluation model of the working state of RCC dam is established.The trend analysis of the working state of a RCC dam is carried out based on an engineering example.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the monitoring situation,the evaluation object of RCC dam working condition can be divided into instrument monitoring and manual inspection from quantitative and qualitative aspects,which form an organic whole and complemental system.The weight of the evaluation index is explored and the evaluation grade is divided according to the different index types.(2)According to the layer characteristics of RCC dam,the equivalent widening treatment of RCC lift joint in intermittent period is carried out to simplify the finite element model based on the theory of parallel layer equivalent.According to the constitutive relation of viscoelastic model of RCC dam,the secondary developed is carried out by FORTRAN software and ABAQUS,and the mechanical parameters of RCC dam body and layer are back analyzed by uniform design method and BP neural network.(3)The different safety monitoring models are established according to the different evaluation indexes.For the evaluation indexes that are greatly affected by the layer characteristics,the hydraulic pressure component is calculated by using the finite element method,and the mixed safety monitoring model is constructed.For the other evaluation indexes,the regression analysis is directly based on the monitoring data by using the statistical model.Finally,the safety monitoring model is used to predict the change trend in the near future.(4)In view of the uncertainty in the process of comprehensive evaluation,the grey clustering theory is used to mine the grey relation among multi indexes and multi levels,so as to establish the comprehensive evaluation model of the working state of RCC dam based on the grey clustering coefficient.This model can not only intuitively get the comprehensive evaluation results,but also reveal the potential risk factors in each index,which is very important to monitor the safety of RCC dam.
