Building information modeling(BIM)technology can improve the visualization,coordination,simulation,optimization and printability of each link of the project,and provide the latest technical support for the construction industry to improve productivity,strengthen professional communication,reduce information island and resource waste.Therefore,BIM Technology has begun to spread to the design,construction,operation and maintenance of engineering projects,but BIM Technology is rarely used in the whole life cycle of engineering projects,so the application of Bim in the whole life cycle of project construction is still faced with huge risks and challenges.In fact,in the application of Bim in all aspects of the project,the risk may come from any party or parties of the construction unit,the supervision unit,the design unit,the construction unit and the operation and maintenance unit of the project,which constitutes a complex social relationship network(SNA)system,so it is necessary to identify and control the risk factors.To solve this problem,this study adopts the theory and method of social network to identify,through identifying the impact relationship between the risks of BIM Technology Applied in the whole life cycle of the project,and then constructs the risk network of BIM Technology Applied in the whole life cycle of the project composed of various risk factors and risk sources.Based on the above research background and research methods,this study focuses on: firstly,this study identifies 26 risk factors of BIM Technology in the whole life cycle of the project through reading Chinese and foreign literature,classifies the 26 identified risk factors according to the different stages of the whole life cycle of the project and different stakeholders,and completes the design of the questionnaire.According to 116 valid questionnaires collected,after the consistency analysis is completed,the risk network matrix of BIM Technology is visualized by using ucinet6 software.Secondly,based on the social network theory,the relationship risk in the risk network with BIM Technology Applied in the whole life cycle of theproject is identified based on the network density(overall network density,individual network density),the block model,the middle centrality of the points(lines)in the individual network analysis index and the middle man analysis Factors and key relationships.Finally,taking the second water plant construction project of ZZ high tech Zone as an example,combined with the characteristics of the project,a risk network suitable for the project is constructed.Through the risk network measurement indicators,the relationship risk factors and key relationships from the core location are identified,and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.In view of the research content and conclusion,this paper,in strict accordance with the concept of confirmatory case listing,identifies the risk factors from the construction unit,the design unit,the supervision unit and the construction unit by taking the construction project of the second water plant in ZZ high tech Zone of BIM Technology as an example,and based on this,constructs the risk network of the construction project formed by adopting BIM Technology.The case project verifies that after the control of the main risk factors in the risk network,the subsequent risk correlation degree is reduced,thus reducing the complexity of the whole risk network;the accessibility between risk factors is reduced,the number of key relationships is reduced,the transmission path between risk factors is reduced,and the interaction between risk factors and the risk network are reduced The results of the optimization can ensure the smooth application of BIM Technology in the whole life cycle of the project,so as to verify the feasibility of the risk network model of BIM Technology in the whole life cycle of the project based on the perspective of social network in the actual construction project.Therefore,this study has significant theoretical value and practical significance.
