Metro project involves a large number of building information data and many stakeholders,the organizational structure of the project is complex.It is prone to problems such as inefficient information dissemination and poor information communication among the members of the organization.Effective communication management is an important measure to promote the completion of the project objectives on schedule.Building Information Model(BIM)contains all relevant information in the whole life cycle of a project,it can realize information sharing and collaboration among all parties,and provides an opportunity for improving the information management of metro project and improving the efficiency of organizational communication.At present,BIM,as an advanced information technology tool,has been gradually applied to metro project.The application effect of BIM in the process of organizational communication of metro projects is a problem worth studying.From the perspective of sociology,this paper establishes the organizational communication network model of metro project by applying social network analysis method and combining with specific cases,quantitatively examines the application effect of BIM in organizational communication management,and puts forward strategies and methods to improve organizational communication efficiency based on the analysis results.The main contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,based on previous relevant theoretical research domestically and abroad,this paper analyses the organization,communication network and existing problems of BIM metro project,and the contribution of BIM to the organization communication of metro project.(2)Based on the perspective of social network,this paper puts forward the modeling method and steps of organizational communication network for metro project,chooses the analysis indicators of organizational communication network,and improves some indicators reasonably.(3)From the perspective of social network and improving the application effect of BIM,the optimization measures of organizational communication network of BIM metro project are put forward.(4)Taking two metro projects under construction in Zhengzhou as the research object,this paper combines the whole network with the ego-centric network,focusing on the analysis of network cohesion,centrality,positional analysis,structure hole indicators to study the organizational communication network structure of BIM-based subway project and the role of individual members in the network.According to the analysis results,the optimization measures of case project organization communication network are put forward.The research results show that the BIM subway project organization communication network has stronger network cohesion and higher information transmission efficiency,which proves that BIM can be used as an effective communication tool in the construction of metro project.New organizational members such as "BIM manager","BIM modeling engineer" and "BIM field application manager" generated after BIM application play a certain intermediary role in the organization communication network,but the influence is small and does not occupy the core position,which shows that the information technology advantages of BIM have not been fully utilized,and the value benefits have not been fully utilized.This paper not only provides a new research perspective for the communication management of metro project organization in theory,but also provides a decision-making basis for improving the application level of BIM and establishing organization communication management strategies for metro project.
