With the development of electricity market, demand response has become one of the important means of demand side management.Demand response can guide users to actively adjust their electricity consumption behavior through electricity price and incentive measures, reduce the cost of electricity consumption, reduce the peak load of the system, reduce the difference between peak and valley, and improve the load rate, which can guarantee the reliability and economy of power system operation. However, there are still a series of problems in the current development of demand response, such as imperfect basic theory, difficult to grasp the response characteristics of users, and difficult to achieve the expected goals of project implementation.Based on the above background, this paper studies the static economic model, the dynamic economic model and the priority ranking of demand response projects. The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows:Firstly, the basic theory related to demand response is analyzed, and the mechanism and characteristics of demand response are studied. The demand response in power market is divided into three categories:price demand response, incentive demand response and alternative demand response, and different types of demand response models are established. This paper comprehensively analyzes the development of demand response projects at home and abroad, summarizes its characteristics, and puts forward suggestions for the next development of demand response.Secondly,in order to analyze the load change after the users participate in the response, this paper studies the dynamic change process of the system load in the demand response, considers the influencing factors of the user's electricity demand, and establishes a linear function model based on the response mechanism to express the change relationship between the electricity price and the incentive and the user's electricity demand. The demand elasticity is studied, and the static economic model and dynamic economic model of user participation in demand response are established by considering the economic benefits of users through load price elasticity, and the load changes before and after user participation in response are analyzed quantitatively. Then, aiming at the evaluation and selection of demand response projects, different evaluation indexes are constructed to express the impact of demand response on the operation of power system.Entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of each index.TOPSIS method is used to rank the priority of different projects, and a priority ranking and selection method of demand response projects is proposed, which provides a rationale for the decision-making of power operators On the basis. Finally, under different user participation rates, four kinds of demand response projects with different electricity prices and incentives are analyzed by the proposed model and method, and the impact of projects on the system operation in different scenarios is studied, and the priority of projects is sequenced to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the model and method.
