Electric vehicles were widely used for using clean energy(electricity)as power source.At present,the mileage of electric vehicles was unsatisfactory for its battery limitation Therefore,in the future,in order to ensure the rapid promotion of electric vehicles,it is necessary to build charging facilities to provide timely charging of electric vehicles.Charging station was as one of the main charging facilities,it is need for reasonable planning to provide users with convenient and efficient charging service.For the calculation of the charging load of electric vehicles as well as the optimization of charging station location,the determination of capacity and the planning of access network:(1)Analyzing the influencing factors of charging load of electric vehicles and carrying out the actual investigation on the pure electric vehicle charging process in the charging mode.A Monte Carlo calculation model was constructed on charging load,then 2020 Beijing private cars,taxi,bus charging load of the three types electric cars were estimated,and finally the total size of the charging load were calculated.It shows that a theoretical basis is provided for the study of the orderly charging strategy of the electric vehicle and the reasonable selection of the location and location of the charging station.(2)The influencing factors of charging station planning was discussed from the perspective of boss and charging users.In the case of built in distributed charging piles,a mathematical model was built according to the charging needs of users how to choose where to go near the charging station for charging this behavior,and then combined with analysis of examples.The consumption of users driving to the charging stations is used as the objective function and Genetic Algorithm(GA)is applied to solve the optimal problem of how to choose the best location of the charging station in each zone.the reasonable planning scheme of electric vehicle charging stations in the study area is obtained.A constant volume model is established by using the simplified method of traffic flow instead of traffic flow information in the intersection of traffic network.Finally the feasibility of the model and the method proposed in this paper are validated by a practical example.(3)The planning of the plane type fast charging station is studied by combining the traffic network and the distribution network in the planning area.The optimization model of the charging station planning scheme is constructed from the four aspects of investment:construction operation and maintenance cost,land cost,average annual road cost and charging station access to the line cost of the distribution network,the annual charging cost.The location model is constructed by minimizing the line cost of the annual average road cost and charging station access to the line cost of the distribution network.Examples of the use of network 49 nodes and IEEE 33 nodes distribution network were combined with the scene.Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)is applied to solve the optimal charging station site,the division of automatic charging station service range is determined by the characteristics of the Voronoi diagram,and then the charging station charging demand is calculated.Finally,the number of charge station charging pile is determined.It draws conclusions that the rationality of optimization planning method is indicated.
