With the development and maturity of automotive electronic technology, the electromagnetic compatibility of automobiles has become a problem that must be solved before they leave the factory. In electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles, the high-voltage power cable is regarded as an important part of the interference radiation generated by the automotive power electronic system because of its high voltage and high vibration working conditions. In this paper, the high-voltage shielded cable is taken as the research object, and four samples are selected. The shielding efficiency of each sample is obtained through the analytical calculation model modeling of transfer impedance, the electromagnetic modeling simulation and analysis of the cable.Further simulation of its layout position on the vehicle and cable length on the vehicle.Specific research contents are summarized as follows:1.Advanced transfer impedance calculation model was studied, and each model was analyzed and programmed by Matlab. The applicability of different models for large-size high-voltage shielded cables was verified by comparing the results of literature.2,research the common test for the shield wire transfer impedance test method, the high precision and three coaxial arrangement of simple method is adopted for high voltage wire transfer impedance test, and compared with calculation result of above data, again to verify the validity of the calculation model, also indirectly shows the sample size of cable shielding effectiveness.3.FEKO was used to conduct electromagnetic model modeling of test cables and cables in literature, and multi-conductor transmission line method was used to conduct frequency domain simulation of disturbance immunity under plane wave irradiation and monopole antenna irradiation for each sample,so as to obtain shielding effectiveness of each sample.4.FEKO was used to conduct electromagnetic radiation emission simulation on the test cables, and the test simulation environment was established with reference to GB/t18655-2010 to verify the correctness of the model establishment. The electromagnetic radiation emission simulation was conducted on each sample to obtain the relationship between the shielding efficiency of each sample and the value of the radiation emission electric field.5.The electromagnetic simulation model of the vehicle was modeled, and the prediction effect of the modeling method on the vehicle's electromagnetic environment was analyzed; At the same time, the effects of different cable wiring modes and cable lengths on the electromagnetic environment of the vehicle were studied. To sum up,this paper adopts a variety of methods to evaluate the shielding efficiency of hv shielded cables from multiple perspectives, and discusses the effectiveness of each method. At the same time, the influence of the layout position of the high-voltage shielding cables on the cockpit and the vehicle's electromagnetic environment is considered to optimize the vehicle's electromagnetic environment and reduce the production cost,so as to provide a reference for the pre-selection of high-voltage cables for automobile enterprises.
