With the global energy consumption and environmental degradation, new energy vehicles have gradually received the attention of the society.Electric-vehicles have begun to replace traditional cars as the preferred vehicle for people. The failure of electromagnetic radiation(Radiated Emission,RE)emissions is one of the most difficult problems in the design stage for electric-vehicles.Inverter system for electric-vehicles is one of the core electronic accessories of electric vehicles. Its fast-switching semiconductors generate rapidly changing voltages and currents to form electromagnetic radiation interference. The electromagnetic interference caused may affect the normal operatio n of other electronic devices in the vehicle and even the entire vehicle.Due to the complexity of the structure of the inverter itself and the mechanism of electromagnetic radiation, the prediction of electromagnetic interference from the inverter is stil l a challenging problem. With full-wave simulation in the frequency range, detailed radiation prediction models can be generated. However, the full-wave simulation process is a very time-consuming task, especially considering the complete layout setup of t he CISPR25’s radiated emissions. With a simplified SPICE model and auxiliary measurements, the electromagnetic radiation prediction of the inverter can be accelerated. This dissertation analyzes the common mode interference channel of the inverter from the working principle of the vehicle inverter, and puts forward the conversion between the shielded transmission line and the rod antenna of the inverter. The SPICE model predicts the electromagnetic radiation of the CIPRS25 rod antenna in the vertical direction. The results of the analysis indicate that the radiation from the ground connection between the cable and the return ground plane is in the range of radiation from the horizontal cable.Circuit Configuration The SPICE model is capable of predicting emissions from 0.15 MHz to 30 MHz.This model helps circuit designers better understand the mechanisms behind electromagnetic radiation problems. In order to test the effect of the near-field SPICE electromagnetic radiation model of the inverter, the radiation field of the crystal circuit plus the cable is experimentally tested in the semi-anechoic chamber, and the results of the near-field SPICE model simulation and the near-field radiation field strength obtained by the actual test are compared. This study analyzes the near-field radiation mechanism and thoroughly analyzes and models the near-field radiation of the inverter cable to the rod antenna. The electromagnetic radiation through the inverter is mainly generated by the power cable connected to the inverter, here mainly for the single-band shielded cable and three cables of the inverter(including two shielded cables and one Establishment and experimental verification of a near-field SPICE model without a shielded cable.Through the analysis of the near-field radiation mechanism of the inverter,a series of measures to suppress the radiation of the inverter are proposed.
