Long pipe is defined as a kind of parts with a length diameter ratio greater than 5.During the forging,drawing and transportation of long pipe,the parts may deform in the axial direction or cross section direction.In order to ensure that the key parameters of long pipe parts meet the use needs,the straightening machine shall be used for straightening.Therefore,in the production and processing of long pipe parts,straightening is an essential process.In this paper,aiming at the long pipe parts,combined with the computer simulation and experimental research,the deformation law of the key parameters of the long pipe pressure straightening is studied,and the analysis software is compiled and used together with the straightening equipment to provide the theoretical basis for the straightening of the long pipe parts.The main research contents are as follows:1.This paper briefly summarizes the straightening technology theory and straightening equipment research status.2.Based on the elastic-plastic theory,the bending deformation of the long pipe is analyzed,and the bending moment of the long pipe is solved.Considering the influence of the change of the section shape of the tube parts on the quality of the parts,the section flattening model of the long tube in the straightening process is established.3.This paper puts forward the principle of long pipe straightening section by section,and establishes the analytical model of long pipe straightening section by section.4.The straightening process of long pipe parts is simulated dynamically.The model is established to analyze the relationship between load and deformation deflection,the relationship between straightening load and flattening rate,and the finite element simulation analysis is used to verify and analyze the section by section straightening model.5.Through the straightening experiment,the mathematical model and the finite element model are verified and modified,and then the calculation software of the important parameters of the straightening of long pipe parts is compiled.Combined with theoretical research,mathematical modeling and finite element analysis,a finite element analysis model and a mathematical model of core process parameters are established to describe the straightening process of long pipe parts.In the experimental verification,multiple load deflection experiments and flattening experiments are carried out to verify the accuracy of the theoretical model and finite element analysis.Finally,the model-based process parameter calculation software is compiled It is used with the straightening system of long pipe parts.In conclusion,the whole research extends the straightening theory to the field of long pipe parts,providing theoretical basis for the actual production and processing.
