With the development of distribution automation,especially the feeder automation represented by fault location and fault handling,a large number of feeder terminal equipment are more and more used in section switches or transformers and other equipment to collect corresponding information and control,which makes the fault location based on feeder terminal equipment become the development trend.However,the access of distributed power makes the traditional distribution network more complex and increases the difficulty of fault location.Therefore,for fault location based on feeder terminal equipment,fault location algorithm with better rapidity,accuracy and fault tolerance is particularly important.Therefore,the Master's dissertation takes the particle swarm optimization algorithm and its improved algorithm in fault location algorithm as the research object,and proposes an improved BPSO algorithm which introduces grouping operator and meme group.By establishing the traditional distribution network and the distribution network model with distributed generation,a variety of BPSO algorithms are compared with the data of fault location,and fault-tolerant analysis and verification are carried out.The main contents of the Master's dissertation are as follows:(1)Two methods of distribution network location based on recloser and sectionalizer and feeder terminal equipment are analyzed with examples,and the common fault location algorithms of the latter,such as matrix algorithm,genetic algorithm,BP neural network and particle swarm optimization algorithm,are described in detail.(2)The Master's dissertation introduces the PSO algorithm and its discrete BPSO algorithm,expounds the reason for the improvement of the algorithm,and analyzes the BPSO algorithm with shrinkage factor and linear decreasing inertia weight and the BPSO algorithm with mutation factor,and proposes the improved algorithm of The Master's dissertation-the BPSO algorithm with grouping operator and meme group.(3)In the traditional distribution network fault location,by describing the principle of fault location,constructing the switch function and fitness function,the accuracy and rapidity of the improved BPSO algorithm are compared and analyzed.The results show that the improved BPSO algorithm,which introduces grouping operator and meme group,has a smoother optimization curve,better accuracy and rapidity,and has a betterperformance fault location capability.(4)In the fault location of distribution network with distributed generation,by constructing corresponding switch function and fitness function,and taking simple distribution network and complex distribution network as examples,the algorithms are compared and analyzed.The results show that the improved algorithm has better accuracy,rapidity,fault tolerance and fault location ability.(5)Taking IEEE33 node distribution network as an example,making APP designer software platform and verifying the feasibility of algorithms passing under different DG access conditions of the distribution network fault location test.
