Exploration Of Project Quality Management In EPC Project Of Consortium

The research of engineering quality management is of great significance in all walks of life.Many experts and scholars have conducted in-depth research on the application of quality management in the construction industry.With the continuous development and advancement of China’s economy and technology,the traffic mechanical and electrical engineering is developing towards intelligent traffic,and the highway mechanical and electrical engineering is advancing towards intelligent high-speed.Highway mechanical and electrical engineering,as a part of the construction industry,has its particularity.However,due to the pursuit of their respective benefits,the consortium in EPC mode also has the situation of mutual game in the cooperation process,which makes the project quality more affected by internal game.Project quality problems often cause time lag and cost increase,and then affect the credit evaluation of the owners to the enterprises of all parties,reduce the profitability of the enterprise’s projects,and even cause serious adverse social negative public opinion.This research is beneficial to guarantee the project quality,improve the quality management level in the EPC project of the enterprise consortium,effectively reduce the project cost,and provide a set of feasible quality control Suggestions for similar projects in the future.Through Pareto diagram,causal diagram,brainstorming method,Delphi method,statistical process control method,etc.,this paper will analyze the influencing factors of project quality of Z project of shanghai-hangzhou-ningbo expressway and confirm various influencing factors.Secondly,the most important factors affecting the degree are found through analysis,and the application of quality management method in quality management in the implementation process is introduced.First of all,this paper will introduce the basic concepts and basic theories and methods involved,refer to and summarize the previous relevant theories or methods of quality management.Then the general situation of Z project and the main quality problems were sorted out.Different quality management methods are used to analyze the causes of the corresponding quality problems and trace the source of the problems.Finally,the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve the quality management,so as to translate the research results into practical work,and combine theory with practice.
