As distributed power is more and more widely used in distribution network,the traditional strategy of adjusting system network structure is passive,and the cost of maintaining the stable operation of the system is large.Therefore,from the point of view of distribution network operation economy,this paper studies the coordinated optimal dispatching model of active distribution network source,load and storage.In order to solve the problems such as changeable network topology and large amount of communication and computation in active distribution network(ADN)dispatching operation with high permeability of renewable energy,a completely distributed model of source-load-storage in distribution network based on multi-agent is established.The hierarchical optimization modeling of flexible load in the system is carried out to change the marginal utility of flexible load,in order to enhance the willingness of load to participate in dispatching.By setting the proportion of node load to improve the consensus algorithm,the algorithm is applied to extract variables from the marginal cost of each agent.The coordinated operation of source-load-storage is realized by means of consensus coordination optimization,and the operation economy of ADN is improved.The effectiveness of the model is verified by simulation and analysis.In order to solve the influence of wind and photovoltaic power fluctuation on the stable operation of ADN,building an integrated generation system of wind units with large output fluctuation and photovoltaic units with intermittent output and energy storage system in ADN,improving the stability of the distribution network operation and the elimination of distributed renewable energy.Combined with fuzzy inference rules,the learning factor of particle swarm optimization algorithm is adjusted dynamically to make it have better convergence performance.Taking the lowest daily operation cost of ADN as the objective function,based on IEEE 30-bus system,fuzzy adaptive particle swarm optimization(FAPSO)is used to optimize the optimization.The example is given to verify the effectiveness of the scheduling model of the combined power generation system with wind and light storage.
