In recent years,China’s new energy construction has been vigorously developed.As one of the new energy sources,solar energy project has been regarded as an important development target.The cumulative installed capacity of photovoltaic power generation in China reached 130.25GW by the end of 2017.With the rapid growth of photovoltaic installed capacity,the photovoltaic power generation components installed in China will reach the end-of-life and the problem of photovoltaic recycling will come up.The solar photovoltaic industry developed in China in the early days is mostly a photovoltaic power station power generation system.Its photovoltaic components contain not only glass but also metal components such as silicon and aluminum.If it is not handled properly,it will cause serious pollution problem,making the clean energy of photovoltaic power generation a "source of pollution".Conversely,if the waste photovoltaic components can be effectively recycled,it can not only protect the environment,but also materials such as silicon,aluminum,and glass can be recycled to reduce the demand for resources and improve the development sustainability of economy.At present.China’s PV module recycling has not yet been carried out.The level of recycling technology is low and the economic performance of PV module recycling is poor.Therefore,how to carry out PV module recycling is an important problem.In order to solve this problem,this paper studies the reverse logistics operation mode of the photovoltaic industry,in order to provide a corresponding theoretical research basis and government management initiatives for the upcoming PV module recycling.Firstly,this paper carried out related data collection and literature research for PV module recycling,analyzed the current status of PV module recycling business development and related technology level,and provided basic research support for the research content of this paper.On the basis of the analysis of the current status of PV module recycling,in view of the economical and market-oriented characteristics of PV module recycling business,PV recycling work is likely to be carried out smoothly under the government’s promotion and support in the initial stage.So,this paper proposes two reverse logistics operation modes for recycling in the photovoltaic industry revolving the recycling responsibility entity.And detailed description and characteristics analysis of the two proposed modes are studied.Subsequently,the preliminary research,applicability analysis and boundary definition of the PV module recovery system are carried out.The causal relationship model and the stock flow model of the PV industry recycling volume are constructed by the system dynamics theory method,and the model is tested.Then,using the constructed model to combine the two reverse logistics operation modes of the photovoltaic industry,the scenario simulation experiment is carried out,and the results are analyzed longitudinally and horizontally.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the results of the scenario simulation experiment,the corresponding government management opinions and suggestions are put forward for each PV industry reverse logistics operation mode in the reality.The main results of this paper can be divided into three aspects as following.①Two modes of operation are proposed including the producer responsibility extension mode and the third-party recycling mode of two PV modules reverse logistics,which provide theoretical guidance and reference for the PV module recycling business.②The system dynamics model of PV industry recycling volume is constructed,which provides a theoretical research approach for analyzing the causal relationship and related measures improvement research of PV module recycling business.(3)The natural development path of the two PV recycling reverse logistics modes is proposed.And the opinions and suggestions of the corresponding government management measures are put forward.
