Planetary gear trains have been widely used in automobile, aircraft, industry and many other fields due to their small size, light in weight, large transmission ratio, compact structure and high loading capacity. But there are some inevitably manufacture error, assembly error and some elastic deformation in the train. They will lead to that the input load can’t be distributed equally by several planetary gears. And the rusult is that the load on every planetary gear is different, some gear which bears more load than others may appear heavy wear even damage. The advantage of the train con’t been show and there will be bad influence on the train’s life. So the industrial circles and academic circles have been paying more attention to the load sharing behavior and the vibration rooted in the problem of the load sharing. In this paper, the load sharing coefficient will be research and the intrinsic property of the planetary train which uses the load balancing mechanism will be research too, and there will be some rusult from the research.First, the physical model and mathematical model are established, and a new method used to calculate the load sharing coefficient have been put forward, which bases on the models and utilizes the equivalent mesh error and synthetical meshing stiffness. And an example proved that this method is true. The influence of each error azimuth on the load sharing coefficient has been discussed.Second, A dynamic model of the planet-gear increaser which uses the dual-floating load sharing mechanism is established. The model applies to the case of that the train have not been steady running. The result of the analysis shows there are two vibration modes:the rotational mode of the central members and the translational mode of the central members.Through the analysis of the natural frequency to the parameter sensitivity, it shows that the support stiffness of the central member has great influence on the value of natural frequency which belongs to the translational mode of the central members, but no influence on the value which belongs to the rotational mode of the central members.Third, a dynamic model of the planet-gear increaser, which uses the sun gear floating load sharing mechanism, is established for comparing the influence of the sun gear floating and dual-floating load sharing mechanism to the intrinsic property. The result of the analysis shows that there are also two vibration modes just like above. And the support stiffness of the central member have the influence on the value of natural frequency as same as the dual-floating case. But, the lowest natural frequency value belongs to the rotational mode of the central members, which is different to the dual-floating.
