The clutch control system is a key component for the driver to control the clutch.It's performance directly affects the smoothness of the vehicle's power transmission and the driver's comfort.Traditional subjective evaluation and road tests consume a lot of time and money,and cannot objectively evaluate the clutch operation.System performance.Therefore,it is necessary to perform a performance test on the clutch control system based on the test bench of the real vehicle to provide strong support for the evaluation and optimization of the clutch control system.This paper combines the school-enterprise cooperation vehicle clutch control system test bench project,analyzes the clutch system structure and its working principle,and proposes the clutch control system evaluation index for the problems that the enterprise has when developing the clutch control system.According to the requirements of the enterprise and the test items,the overall design of the test bench is proposed.The development of test bench for vehicle clutch control system is introduced from three aspects: hardware design,measurement and control system design,and software system development.Through the actual vehicle test verification,the test bench can meet the test requirements of the clutch control system,provide strong support for the subsequent optimization of the clutch control system,and have good versatility and reliability.The full text includes:(1)Through the analysis of the relevant test benches at home and abroad,it summarizes the current focus of the relevant test benches.The structure and working principle of the clutch system are expounded,the influence of each component of the clutch control system on the system is analyzed,and the performance evaluation index of the clutch control system is proposed,which provides theoretical support for the subsequent test bench design.(2)According to the test purpose of the test bench and the evaluation index of the clutch control system,combined with the actual needs of the enterprise,the test method was formulated,and the overall plan of the test bench was proposed to provide directions and ideas for subsequent detailed design.(3)By comparing multiple schemes of pedal actuators,the pedal actuators are designed to achieve precise control and testing of the pedals,and finite element analysis is performed on the fixed column and its connectors.The analysis results show that the parts The strength meets the design requirements.From the mechanical and electrical aspects,the servo system and the sensor are selected and calculated,the model of the servo system and each sensor is determined,and then the construction of the bench hardware is completed,which provides a platform for the subsequent measurement and control system design.(4)Based on the hardware platform,the overall scheme of the measurement and control system is proposed.The parameter analysis and detailed selection of the data acquisition card and PLC were carried out.The communication method,programming platform and program framework of the PLC were expounded,and the lower computer program was developed.Due to the peculiarity of the gantry and the large moving distance of the equipment,the wireless communication of the host computer and the power supply of the car battery are designed.Based on the C # programming language,the software system was developed using a modular approach,which realized the functions of communication,data storage,and alarm of the upper and lower computers.(5)Check the functional integrity,accuracy and reliability of the bench,complete the target test project of the bench,and analyze the test data to further verify the rationality of the design and propose optimization suggestions.
