With the promotion of China’s "high-speed railway diplomacy" and "One Belt And One Road" policies,especially the successful development of China’s standard bullet train(fuxing),China’s industrial and manufacturing industries have encountered unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Putty coating as the bottom part of the coating assembly of the bullet train,coating quality directly determines the operation effect of the subsequent process,is a crucial part of the bullet train manufacturing link,its coating uniformity and quality directly related to the operation of the bullet train safety and passenger experience.For moving car coating at home and abroad are mostly the original artificial coating,low efficiency,big body injury and serious environmental pollution,quality assurance,efforts to carry out the coating putty automation is the inevitable trend in the emu manufacturing industry at home and abroad,also is to improve the path of the emu coating workshop level in our country,competition for high-speed railway and Japan and other countries have a vital role.Based on the current status of EMU’s painting workshop and the characteristics of the car body and performance indicators,this paper briefly introduces the related problems of putty spraying through the research of related painting operations and trajectory planning,and proposes the CATIA series based on Dassault Group.The platform uses the CAA technology to carry out the offline development secondary operation method.The trajectory planning of the motor vehicle body surface and the automatic generation of the spray gun path point are realized in the CATIA interface,and the coordinate documents required for the automatic painting work are formed.In view of the current status and shortcomings of research on the field of painting operation trajectory planning at home and abroad,this paper focuses on several aspects such as spray test and sediment model digital modeling,trajectory planning and simulation:1)Through the actual spraying test,the influencing factors in the test environment of aluminum plate spraying were determined,and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the factors of the deposition model were found for the speed of the spray gun,the spraying distance and the spraying pressure.2)In the spraying test,the deposition of the surface of the moving car body has a plurality of shapes.The deposition model is digitally modeled by the research and function derivation of each deposition model and the data obtained by the spraying test.3)Focus on the trajectory planning of the side of the car body,select certain parameters,calculate the optimal overlap rate by software simulation,determine the motion trajectory of the special position,and generate the overall trajectory plan.4)Based on CATIA,use CAA and RADE as the secondary development environment,carry out simulation test on the above work,and realize the visual simulation and verification of the research content.
