With the rapid development of intelligent power systems,the demand for electric power has increased rapidly,and the power supply stability and safety of substations become quite important.Because of the superior characteristics of high integration,flexible movement,time-saving,small area,easy installation and start-up,the vehicle-mounted mobile substation is especially important in natural disasters,substation construction,outage maintenance,public utilities,short-term emergency and so on.This paper thoroughly studies the vehicle-mounted mobile substation based on the actual project Jinan Zhong Hong Plaza power supply scheme,which integrates the functional modules of the substation:high-voltage side PASS module,main transformer module,substation integrated automation module,lOkV medium voltage distribution module and transport module together.Each module adopts the integral prefabricated structure,which can realize the modular fabrication of each functional unit,and complete the internal connection and debugging of each module in the suppression process.In order to meet the special needs of mobile substation's vehicle and transportation,this paper mainly carries on the following research and design.(1)Based on the site profile and load growth rate of the area near the mobile substation,the necessity of the project was first analyzed,and the scale and the system access plan of the mobile substation were determined.The electrical calculation of transformer load,short-circuit current and conductor cross section,analysis and design of reactive power compensation capacity and neutral point grounding were carried out.The overall preliminary electrical design of the mobile substation was completed,which laid the foundation for the next type selection design and special design for transportation.(2)The transformer is selected according to the total load calculation result and its characteristics.In order to solve the problem of road transport,transformer radiator position,the oil pillow structure and the position of a high voltage bushing were improved.This paper innovatively designed the transformer neutral point rotating mechanism.It not only provides electrical safety distance during operation,but also realizes the convenience in the overall transportation of the substation.(3)The main types of high-voltage switch combination appliances are discussed and selected.The installation method of PASS high-voltage combination electric appliance has been improved to solve the problem of limitation in transportation.This paper designed 110kV arrester rotation mechanism,which can provide the sufficient electrical safety distance to ensure the safe operation of the mobile substation,while solving the problems in transportation.It also provides sufficient electrical safety distance to protect the operation of the mobile substation.(4)According to the short-circuit current,the breaking capacity of the 10kV switchgear is selected.The design of 10kV switchgear is combined with product advantages and economy issue.Because the prefabricated cabin is limited in size,it is necessary to arrange lOkV switchgear properly to meet the design requirements of electric safety distance.(5)This paper discusses the advantages and characteristics of prefabricated combination equipment.According to the site situation,the prefabricated cabin combination equipment is reasonably arranged.According to the design principle of the integrated monitoring system,the system network configuration,the configuration automation system,and the component protection device are configured to realize the unattended substation.In order to make the mobile substation more suitable for the vehicle-mounted environment,other secondary systems are designed,including GPS positioning systems,acceleration alarm systems,and video surveillance systems.According to the main equipment selection results,the overall layout of the entire mobile substation was completed,and the overall design of the mobile change was completed,and the expected goal was achieved.
