Reinforced concrete beam bridges have been widely used in highway bridges in our country due to the advantages of good structural rigidity, small deformation, simple maintenance, strong earthquake resistance, and comfortable driving. In actual beam bridge projects, most of them use reinforced concrete structures. Many bridges in China have the problem of late aging of the structure.Under the influence of long-term use loads and external environmental factors, the structural damage continues to increase and the structural function is continuously degraded. It is manifested in the existence of different degrees of cracking in the concrete, corrosion of the reinforcing bars, and depressions in the lane To a certain extent,it will affect the comfort of driving. In severe cases,it will face the danger of destruction and collapse, and hinder the development of the national economy. Therefore,it is indispensable to regularly inspect the appearance of the bridge and to repair and repair the existing diseases of the bridge. This article first briefly summarizes the current research status of T-beam bridge engineering at home and abroad, and introduces the current status of domestic and foreign research on the addition of deck pavement and steel plate reinforcement. The superstructure and bridge of a highway bridge in Liaoning Province are also introduced. The main parts of the facial system are visually inspected, and the relevant damages and the extent of the damage to the bridge are identified and the causes of the diseases are analyzed. The bridge analysis model was established using the finite element calculation software Midas, and the combined calculation of the bridge design internal force was performed according to the bridge design specifications. The strength of the bridge’s normal section and inclined section was checked to understand the safety reserve of the bridge design.Combined with the simply supported concrete T beam bridge The commonly used reinforcement schemes and the existing problems of the bridge determine the reinforcement and maintenance scheme adopted for this T-beam bridge, that is,the comprehensive use of pasted steel plates and additional deck pavement layers for reinforcement. The finite element method and the MIDAS calculation and analysis software are used to study the static characteristics before and after strengthening of the two strengthening methods of simply supported T-beam bridge pasted steel plates and pavement pavements. The calculation model is used to compare and analyze the changes of the deflection, strain, natural frequency and lateral distribution of the T-beam bridge before and after reinforcement, and the influence of related reinforcement methods on the bearing capacity of the beam bridge is obtained. In order to verify the reinforcement effect and the accuracy of the simulation analysis, this paper relies on a highway bridge in Liaoning Province to analyze the deflection and strain changes after the reinforcement method analyzed in the article;the measured values of the two load tests before and after reinforcement Compared with the data analyzed by the finite element model, the stiffness, strength and lateral distribution of the beam bridge structure are qualitatively analyzed, and compared with the single reinforcement method, the steel plate method and the bridge deck pavement layer are strengthened.Comprehensive use can effectively improve the carrying capacity of the original structure and the lateral distribution of internal forces to a certain extent.
