In recent years,with the increase in energy demand and increasing pressure on environmental protection,the proportion of new energy power generation installed capacity has continued to increase.The uncontrollability of new energy sources,the proportion of traditional thermal power installed capacity and the number of hours of electricity generation are declining year by year.This is in stark contrast to the current reality that auxiliary services such as peak shaving of the power system mainly rely on thermal power units,making the coordination of grid,source and load facing Great challenge.At the same time,the peak shaving capacity of heating units is restricted to a certain extent,which seriously affects the consumption of new energy in these areas,and there are varying degrees of abandonment of wind and light.Therefore,in the heating season,on the basis of satisfying the heating load,tapping the minimum output space of the thermal power plant has practical social significance for absorbing new energy.In addition,under the guidance of the "Two Rules",the coordination of grid,source,and Netherlands has gradually improved the auxiliary power service policy of the regional power grid,and the marketization process of auxiliary power services has continued to advance,which has also improved the thermal power industry to a certain extent.The enthusiasm to participate in auxiliary services such as power peaking.In the power structure of Shandong Province,the installed capacity of pumped storage power stations is relatively small,and the share of new energy installations and external power transmission into Lu has increased significantly in recent years.The units participating in the peak-shaving auxiliary services of the power grid are mainly thermal power units.At the same time,Shandong Province is located in the north of my country,with a high proportion of heating units in the integrated control units.The unit "sets electricity with heat" limits its peak shaving ability and also affects the consumption of new energy to a certain extent.From the perspective of a thermal power plant,on the basis of satisfying the thermal load supply of the whole plant,the thermal power load is reasonably allocated according to the thermal power characteristics of each unit,so as to obtain a greater peak shaving space,not only for the rational allocation of power generation plans in the heating season of Shandong Power Grid,but also to promote The consumption of new energy has a positive significance,and will also provide a corresponding reference for the thermal power plant to improve the ability of auxiliary power services and obtain the benefits of auxiliary services.The main research contents are as follows:1)This paper summarizes the peak shaving methods of thermal power units,the minimum operating mode of thermal power plants and the development of peak shaving auxiliary service market.The principles and thermoelectric characteristics of different types of heating units are analyzed and compared.For the current peak shaving auxiliary service policy,taking Shandong Province as an example,discusses the method of power dispatching to check the peak shaving of units,point out the problems faced by thermal power plants participating in auxiliary services such as peak shaving and frequency modulation.2)Theoretical analysis of the minimum operating mode was carried out;based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm,the minimum operating mode model of the thermal power plant was established and the boundary conditions were given.Based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm,the minimum operating mode of the whole plant under different heating constraints of a power plant is calculated by MATLAB,and the minimum generating power of the whole plant at this time is obtained,and the minimum operating mode model is verified.3)Through the operation of the unit in the case,conduct an economic analysis for the grid side,mainly analyzing the economic benefits of peak shaving auxiliary services.Including the analysis of economic benefits of peak-shaving auxiliary services for design conditions,the economic benefits of peak-shaving auxiliary services under the minimum operating mode model and the economic benefits of peak-shaving auxiliary services under actual operating conditions.4)Using the GUI module of MATLAB,a general-purpose computing platform with the smallest operation mode is built.Platform one can automatically find the optimal unit matching scheme and the optimal power generation capacity and steam extraction capacity of each unit under the given heat supply.Platform two can automatically find the minimum output of the whole plant and the matching of the unit's power generation and steam extraction when given the heating load and the operation of the unit.Taking a thermal power plant as an example,a case analysis of a common platform under different working conditions was carried out.
