The study of structural seismic test is an indispensable part of structural earthquake resistance theory.With the economic development of our country and the structural adjustment and transformation of the construction industry,new structures,large structures and complex structures are emerging.The limitations of laboratory and experimental equipment on large-scale structural tests are an urgent problem to be solved.The substructure hybrid test method is a powerful means to solve the above problems: the test method fully utilizes the powerful analytical calculation function of the finite element software,and combines the reliable characteristics of the real test results.It can truly reflect the response of large-scale structures under earthquake and reduce the cost of testing.The research on seismic test of liquid storage tank is relatively rare,because it is difficult to carry out large-scale or even full-scale model test of liquid storage tank.The development of hybrid test method provides a strong guarantee for seismic test research of large structures such as liquid storage tank.In this paper,steel spherical liquid storage tank is taken as the research object,and the hybrid test method of spherical tank is studied by building a hybrid test system based on Open Sees and ANSYS.The main contents are as follows:The commonly used seismic test methods are summarized and analyzed.The principles and development of various hybrid test methods,the research results and applications of hybrid test platform based on finite element method at home and abroad are introduced.The seismic research methods of liquid storage tanks are summarized,and the results of finite element analysis and experimental research of liquid storage tanks are analyzed.Finite element software ANSYS is used to establish the refined model of spherical liquid storage tank,the self-vibration period and time-history analysis of the spherical tank were completed.Through the time-history analysis results,the dangerous position of the spherical tank under the action of earthquake is judged,and the division of the experimental substructure and the calculated substructure is completed according to the principle of the substructure division of the mixed test.Based on the laboratory hardware and software equipment,the Open Sees-Open FrescoMTS hybrid test system was built using the Open Fresco hybrid test platform.And the system is used to carry out the virtual hybrid test and slow hybrid test of the spherical tank.The Open Sees-x PC-MTS real-time hybrid test system was built.The time-delay of the actuator was compensated.The hybrid test platform was used for real-time hybrid test of the spherical tank.The feasibility and reliability of the hybrid test system based on Open Sees are verified by comparing the results of the full-structure finite element simulation with the hybrid test results.Secondary development of ANSYS is carried out to compile user units,and ANSYSOpen Fresco-MTS virtual hybrid test system and slow hybrid test system are built.The virtual hybrid test and slow hybrid test of spherical tank are completed by using the hybrid test system.The MATLAB-x PC-MTS real-time hybrid test system was built.The time-delay of the actuator was compensated.The hybrid test platform was used for real-time hybrid test of the spherical tank.The feasibility and validity of the hybrid test system based on ANSYS are verified by comparing the simulation results of the full structure finite element method with the hybrid test results.The results of slow hybrid test and real-time hybrid test based on two kinds of finite element software show that the hybrid test achieves good accuracy.The effectiveness and stability of the hybrid test system are further verified.The hybrid test method is applied to the seismic test study of spherical tank structures,which further proves the applicability of this method to the seismic study of large-scale and complex structures.
