| This paper mainly focuses on the actual number of vertical joints in the actual case of fabricated concrete engineering,which is difficult to construct and install.Through experiments and using finite element analysis software,the failure mode and skeleton curve of the joints are compared with the test results.It is verified that the sleeve grouting connection is better than the common confined slurry anchor link in the application of shear wall.Prefabricated buildings are the "five-in-one" systemized and integrated buildings of design,production,construction,decoration and management,rather than "traditional production methods+assembly" buildings,using traditional design,construction and management models.Assembly construction is not industrialization of buildings.This paper integrates technology through BIM method,through the whole life cycle of design,production,construction,decoration and management.The ultimate goal is to integrate the entire industrial chain and realize the whole process and comprehensive information integration of the construction industry chain.Through the research and analysis of this paper,the following conclusions are summarized:(1)Through experiments and finite element analysis,it is proved that the sleeve grouting connection has corresponding feasibility and applicability in the shear wall system,both in theory and in actual engineering.(2)Assembled shear wall system has a high research value in the current market situation,the key lies in the construction process and quality control measures.(3)Through the combination of BIM technology and prefabricated components,this paper proposes the visualization construction based on BIM technology,and innovatively proposes the application of BIM technology in key processes of prefabricated wallboard construction,including the hoisting collision inspection of prefabricated wallboard based on BIM,the positioning adjustment technology of prefabricated wallboard based on BIM,and the joint connection of prefabricated components based on BIM technology.Connect with visualization technology,etc.(4)The application of BIM-based prefabricated components in construction process is discussed.Based on the actual engineering background,standard model components are established,and the overall structural model is finally established.By studying the application of BIM technology in the construction stage,the construction key of BIM-based prefabricated components is created.technology.The core of a prefabricated building is "integration" and the BIM approach is the main line of "integration." This main line is connected in the whole process of design,production,construction,decoration and management.It serves the whole life cycle of design,construction,operation and maintenance,and demolition.It can digitally virtualize and describe various system elements in an informational way to realize information-based collaborative design.The new application of visual assembly,interaction of engineering quantity information and simulation and inspection of node connection integrates the entire industrial chain to realize the whole process and all-round information integration. |
