Research On Waterlogging Prevention Strategies In Southern Coastal Cities Based On The Sponge City Concept

With the global warming and the acceleration of urbanization,the traditional extensive development model has led to increasingly prominent social and ecological problems such as low-lying urban water,frequent waterlogging,water pollution and water shortage.Traditional urban waterlogging solutions rely too much on rainwater pipeline systems,with single measures and low waterlogging prevention capabilities,which cannot meet the drainage needs of urban waterlogged areas.It is imperative to explore new solutions to waterlogging and waterlogging prevention.Systematic strategies and low-impact development measures will alleviate urban waterlogging problems and improve the urban ecological environment.Traditional solutions to urban waterlogging rely too much on rainwater pipeline systems,single waterlogging prevention measures,and low waterlogging prevention capabilities,which have been unable to meet the drainage needs of urban waterlogged areas.It is imperative to explore new solutions to waterlogging prevention and waterlogging.The fundamental reason for the occurrence of waterlogging is that the traditional development model disrupted the site's natural hydrological cycle,and the wanton spread of impervious surfaces led to frequent urban waterlogging.By introducing the concept of a sponge city into the prevention and control of urban waterlogging,especially through low-impact development measures to effectively reduce surface runoff and flood peaks,multi-channel waterlogging and waterlogging prevention, and alleviate the adverse effects and damage caused by urban waterlogging.The construction of an ecological civilization city provides powerful assistance.The "sponge city" construction concept is an important strategy to alleviate the above problems.Based on the research on the development history and theory of sponge cities,the author proposes a systematic strategy and low-impact development measures to alleviate urban waterlogging problems,and introduces the concept of sponge cities to urban waterlogging prevention,including through low-cost Impact development measures effectively reduce surface runoff and flood peaks,control floods and prevent floods from multiple channels,alleviate the adverse effects and damage caused by urban waterlogging,and provide powerful assistance for the better construction of ecologically civilized cities.Improve the urban ecological environment.A multi-level and all-round waterlogging prevention and control design strategy system for waterlogging sites including macro,meso,and micro levels was proposed.The operation principle and steps of SWMM model were introduced,and the strategy of sponge facility system and waterlogging site waterlogging prevention system was proposed.In addition,Shenzhen is used as a representative to analyze the current situation of the coastal cities in the south,the main problems facing the construction of sponge cities,and the waterlogging texture.An empirical study is carried out in the waterlogged area of Phoenix City,Guangming New District,Shenzhen.Waterlogging prevention and control systems in coastal cities.Finally,I summarized the above-mentioned comments and suggested that the response was insufficient.
