Coordination And Optimization Of Shipping Schedules Between Ports And Shipping Companies From The Perspective Of Vertical Alliance

At present,port and shipping alliance has become one of the basic strategies for the survival and development of port and shipping companies.In the alliance,the coordination of shipping schedule is a common negotiation activity.between port and shipping parties,and the optimization degree of the result will directly affect the economic interests of both parties.Generally speaking,in order to get more profits,shipping companies usually reduce the speed of ships appropriately to effectively reduce fuel consumption and save their operating costs.However,under the transportation time limit determined by the upstream and downstream ports,increasing the sailing time will inevitably shorten the time of ships in port,and put forward higher requirements on the efficiency of the ship's berthing and departure operations.In order to reduce the operating cost,the port often hopes that the time of ships in the port will be as loose as possible,thereby reducing the operating intensity of shore bridges,trucks and other equipment,and then saving the cost of loading and unloading.This makes it possible for the two parties to have certain conflicts in the choice of ship's berthing and departure time,which will adversely affect the alliance between the two parties.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out research on the coordination and optimization of the shipping schedules of both sides of the port and shipping from the perspective of vertical alliances,and to construct a scientific and reasonable decision-making method to provide technical support for the negotiation activities of both parties.Under the consideration of alliance conditions,the two sides of the port and shipping often involve the coordination of ship schedule of multiple routes.The content of negotiations and consultations is relatively complex,with many influencing factors.This often makes it difficult for the negotiating parties to directly obtain solutions that are satisfactory to both parties through empirical analysis,and it is necessary to carry out special coordination and optimization method research.To solve this problem,the main work completed in this article is as follows:First,this paper summarizes the theoretical basis involved in the coordination of shipping schedules between ports and shipping companies under vertical alliances,and analyzes the mode of port and shipping cooperation and the factors influencing the coordination of shipping schedules comprehensively.Secondly,based on the alliance game theory,the optimal model of coordination of arrival and departure time of ships is established with the maximum revenue of shipping companies and port enterprises as the goal.Then,considering the efficiency and accuracy comprehensively,the NSGA-? algorithm considering quantum behavior is used to construct a model solution method,which is used to solve the Pareto solution set and the corresponding shipping schedule arrangement scheme that meet the revenue needs of both shipping companies and port companies.Finally,a calculation example is designed to analyze the changes of Pareto solution by setting different number of routes,upstream and downstream arrival and departure time,and loading and unloading efficiency constraints,so as to further verify the rationality of the model and the feasibility of the algorithm.It can be seen from the results of the calculation examples that the coordinated optimization model proposed in this paper can effectively describe the conflicts of interest between the port and shipping companies in the coordination of shipping schedule organization planning;the proposed algorithm can give relatively optimized Pareto solution set and its corresponding shipping schedule organization plan within a reasonable time.This shows that the research results of this paper have certain application value,and can provide certain technical support and reference for the decision-making activities of the coordination of ship schedule operation organization plan between the port and shipping companies.
